This place is the absolute worst. Employees are just about as rude as it gets. Look I get it, “you’re closed”, but it wouldn’t hurt to be a decent and polite professional and open your window to an Uber driver just trying to complete a delivery 5 mins after “closing”, even though Uber’s side has completely different hours for you and this happens ALLL the time.
Would it hurt to have a normal exchange with someone and explain the situation so we can at least report back!? Technically you would have received the order way before your closing time, and ignoring a driver, or walking past the window, rolling your eyes and making hand gestures shooing away someone because they do Uber and “annoy” your very existence as a McDonalds employee isn’t exactly a good look. You can’t treat people like that. I am not corporate, I am not the individual responsible for your job responsibilities. IF I was corporate, I would definitely check out this location.
I frequent McDonald’s constantly as a customer, and I can say with absolute certainty, that if this was the last McDonalds in the world - no, the universe - I would rather never taste a Chicken McNugget for the rest of time than deal with such an insufferable group...

I order on the app at first in line in the drive through but after not moving for what seemed like 10 minutes I decide to chamge my pickup to curbside (while already in a very long drive through) the app always this but once I get to the curbside parking I notice over the numbers is a written notice that all curbside pickups will be handled through the drive through. After already waiting I decide to cancel my order because they're not supposed to debit your account until they hand you your food. The next day I get a receipt and a thank you for using their app. I called and the gentlemen I spoke with was kind and apologetic I started to feel bad for being upset and then he made it a little easier... he said he was short staffed and it was too hot to walk out and hand people orders. Okay I get it but how about letting people know before they leave that long drive through line or better think about those that do not have ac in their vehicles. Read moreThere have been multiple situations where the ladies that work the drive through are very rude. They don’t say any greetings, hand me the brown bag of food like they’re tired of working, when I ask them politely for some ketchup they are rude about it.
Today, this morning before a long day ahead of me I placed an order on the app at 5:45, I waited at the drive through and they did not even say “hello, we haven’t opened”… nothing. they let me sit there with my online order waiting. Finally, I pulled up to the window because I felt ignored but at least wanted my money back. The person who I assume is the morning manager said “we don’t open until 6.” So they told me to go wait in the curbside pick up. So I did. But wait, didn’t the app say they were open since 5am? Also, why did they tell me to come to curbside if I was LITERALLY the only one in line. It is now 6:05 and my food is not here yet even though I placed it in the app 20 minutes ago.
