I love this place. It’s my favorite! I love everything about it. The food is delicious, every single time. I order their food for parties. I get compliments on the food from party guests. The people are so nice. It’s a family, no matter who you get at the cashier, they are always super friendly, professional, efficient and fast. I love the music they play, I’m always Shazamming the music, it’s authentic, always a good song playing, not like other Mexican restaurants. I love the art work on the walls. I also love the holiday decorations, Dia de Los Muertos and Christmas. I want to decorate my house just like them! Restaurant is always clean bright and always has a warm welcoming feeling. I go there once to twice weekly. Can’t live without them! ;) Thank goodness for all the parking right now. They’re always packed at dinner time, but you still can get your food pretty fast. What will we do once the other businesses open up? Great place dine in, take out...

I was so disappointed in the service here. First off if you pay with your card as I did, you have to tip when you pay. Which makes you feel like you have to tip or else. My issue isn't with tipping but I tip for service. I tipped but my order was to go. I ordered two grilled snapper tacos. They made it one big taco with four tortillas. They just slapped it all together then wrapped it in one piece of foil and shoved it in a bag with online one pitiful slice of lime. They were giving everyone else these large to-go boxes. Even people who stayed to eat. When I asked for a to-go box she gave me this tiny desert box. I don't know what the deal was but I gave up and left. When I finally was able to sort my food out they had given me so much extra cabbage and what have you that even after eating most of the toppings I still had enough left over to put on two more tacos. A fish taco should be about fish. What a...

I just found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Santa Cruz! Stopped here randomly on our drive down when we saw it from the side of the road. Food was simply fantastic. I ordered a chicken taco and a carne asada taco - the steak was juicy and tender. The chicken had soooo much flavor! It was almost like a Chile verde chicken. The pinto prawns came with cheese on top, beans were cooked properly. The Spanish rice was delicious- now the color isn’t as orange/red like you see most places but the flavor was amazing, the texture was super soft and buttery. My boyfriend ordered the carnitas tacos— some of the BEST carnitas I’ve ever had- melted like butter in my mouth. The inside had a warm and cozy environment, food came out super fast. They also offered a ton of vegetarian options. Will...

The rice is too soft for me and didnt have flavor. I got the regular bowl burrito and the steak didnt taste as much and the rice was so small portion than other place I've been... this is my first time in here and Im just maybe not used to the way they cook or I just maybe got a bad luck from the lerson who lrepared mtly meal... Otherwise I like the bean part.... I like that their restroom's toilet, sink and restroom floor seems to be pretty clean and neat. The toilet is hard to flush tho, the top flush is so tiny that my little fingers cant almost fit in it. Even though i used hand towel to flush, it ripped as I pushed down 😭Wash your hands thoroughly after flushing so you dont catch anything.......
