I have bought a total of eight SIL-X juggling balls from this place. They have a great selection of sizes and colors, at a very reasonable price. The customer service is great and the shipping speed exceeded my expectations.

About the customer service, I give five stars. I originally bought five juggling balls and one was defective. The plug in the end didn't fit right and it leaked liquid. Renegade sent me a replacement without asking for a return. I found that I could make the ball ugly but useable by replacing the plug with a Battle Ship TM piece in the hole.

I had six juggling balls at that point, and over the last 10 years they have taken serious abuse. They have been accidentally stepped on and take it just fine. I lost two of the juggling balls during a move (they didn't break I just lost them) and I ordered two replacements a few months ago. I had the same idea and thought to stop by on a business trip, but I did some research and realized that that is not how RENEGADE JUGGLING operates. Order over the website and let them ship it or swing by to pick it up. That is how they are geared, just work with it rather than get confused expectations and then make irrelevant complaints. I have no special connection to Renegade, I am a repeat customer only, and I only know the team there from working through order details.
