Awesome experience. I'm a commercial driver and obviously my 13'6" truck won't fit through a 9' max drive thru so I have to walk up to the window to order at fast food places. Usually the employees are okay with this and sometimes I get turned away, which AMAZES me... This location made me feel very welcome with my unique situation, let me order at the window while on foot and made all my food hot and fresh which was super super awesome. Even said I was always welcome at that location with my big truck, definitely earned my business every time I have a delivery in Santa Fe Springs. 5 years in fast food service myself, 3 as a closing manager and the GM of this store should be super proud of their closing crew. Whoever cashier #49 is, gets mad...

The biscuits were rock hard. There was hardly anything to the watered down gravy. Hardly any sausage at all. You could tell that the staff didn't want you there. The ketchup tasted like it was beginning to go bad, as though the ingredients had begun to separate. It tore my stomach up to the point that I had to use the restroom twice before leaving, which, by the way, you had to unlock using a key code. Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in quite some time. I still cringe thinking of the sickeningly sweet taste of the sandwich that I had paid around eight dollars for. I would rather go hungry than make the mistake of stopping at this establishment again. People shouldn't be charged their hard earned money for...
