McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

Update July 2025: Today, I made quick visits to several fast food joints in the area to validate consistency. Sadly, this McD failed miserably on accuracy. I deliberately put specific condiments and they omitted all of them! I think this was deliberate to save on cost since the instruction on the order slip is very clear. In comparison, I made a similar order at Sonic inside the same shopping plaza and Sonic nailed it 100%. Also quality-wise, my McD chicken tasted like it was cooked a while ago and heated and reheated several times. Meat was rubbery and the outer batter coating was dark and hard to chew, suggesting it was reheated more than once. I don't know if they have a new Manager or new Crew but this visit was a disappointment. I'll have to do a follow up visit in the future to see if their deterioration in quality and accuracy is consistent.

Update: I visit here few times a month. Food is consistently hot and made on order. Efficient and "friendly" service. Great team running the operations here. Highly recommend.

Update: Their Manager resolved the issue so re-rating them to reflect their professionalism. It's not an easy job to respond to bad reviews because half of them are false ratings by angry people.

Today, I ordered a large fries. As can be seen in pic, they gave me small portion of fries in a large container. How is this "Large"?! This is DISHONEST!

I visited this McDonald's on October 2nd 2025 and I made my order inside and it took 25 minutes to receive my order which was only two cheeseburgers, for my autistic child,and I must add that I am a African-American man and the store was full of Latinos in the cashier was also Latino who was very rude to me upon asking why was my orderbeing skipped so my number was called after the Latinos was served first I was number 57, and 59 60 and 70 was call before me I had to ask the cashier where are my cheeseburgers, then she went right to the bag which was sitting for at least 25 minutes, I am not a racist person and I do not like to be treated like that so if you're going to go to this McDonald's please pay attention to see if this may happen to you and if it does please leave a review so that this matter of behavior will somehow be resolved, thank you and God bless you I am not ICE & love Latinos everyone is going through parlous times together we should stick together as Christian people compassion goes along way you never know what a person is going through in their lives and this 1 thing could have put unstable person over the edge.i feel they need to be trained in customer service...

I go to this location often for my lunch break. Seems like employees or management has changed or something. Drive-thru lines are taking longer and orders getting mixed up. I normally place my orders using the mobile app and picking up drive thru so the workers don't have to walk out to deliver curbside.

F.Y.I. I recommend checking your bag before driving off to make sure you got what you ordered. The past 3 visits I was handed the wrong thing from what I ordered. Figured mistakes can happen when it gets busy, but 3 times in a row is a little too much. I know many people may be busy and not pay as they are taking a quick lunch break than realized when they get back to work with someone else's order. Today I ordered a 40pc nuggets and fries. Sad to say I was disappointed with all 40pcs nuggets being barely warm and fries being soggy. Not fresh and crispy. Not to mention missing 6 sauces in the bag and who enjoys nuggets with no sauce?! Not worth driving back to let them know, but hopefully management reads this and improves like how things used...
