I was waiting to place an order in drive-through. Cars begin to lineup behind me and no one was answering. I had attempted to communicate multiple times with no response. I drove up to window in case there was an electronic failure. Manager answered and asked me what I needed. I informed them of my situation. He told me he does not take orders at the window and I would need to pull around and wait behind the five cars that have pulled up behind me. I told them no I would like to speak to your general manager. The general manager came up to the window and asked me very rudely. “What’s my problem” I explained to him the situation and he told me he didn’t hear anybody. But he’ll take my order. Read moreDO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Yesterday I ordered a #15 Tuna Sub and while eating, bit into a wire. I wish I was kidding. When I contacted the manager, there was no concern about whether I had been hurt. The managers response was "can you bring the sandwhich and the metal because I dont know how metal got in there, its literally 5 ingredients and I made that sandwhich myself." We wrapped up the call and I texted him pictures of the wire. I got a call back and he stated he knew where that wire fragment came from. Their onion cutter machine broke and they had rigged it with this dirty jagged wire. Luckily Im a slow eater and didnt break any teeth or pierce my mouth. Extra lucky my 3 year old was not eating this. Gabriel offered me a refund and a gift card but Im heading to Urgent Care for Xrays to make sure I didnt ingest any more...
Read moreI called 10 times to the St. Michael's location hoping they would deliver food to us they did not answer so we called the other jimmy johns and they said they would not deliver it was out of their range that the one on St.Michaels would deliver to our address so he got our number and said he would call for us to have them call us they did not so we waited 15 more minutes waiting for call they did not so we called one last time and the guy said that they will not deliver and that he was from denver that he does not know much about delivery so we took our business elsewhere and instead of checking to see if he could deliver to us he just said he could not I felt like he was lazy and did not want to do anything I felt discriminated.
