Alfred & his team are doing a fantastic job with his North Shore Shave Ice truck. I had the passion fruit topping & it was my first time having this type of treat & I was pleasantly surprised at how refreshing & not overly sweet it was! The vanilla ice cream at bottom with condensed milk drizzled on top made for a yummy, perfectly balanced treat that was tart, tangy & creamy, all at the same time. Yummo! Stop by on Saturday or Sunday, 12-8:00 p.m. for now! He takes cash & cards & always has changing regular flavors & special...
