Pepe's has the best breakfast burritos by far that I had!!! The green chili burrito is the best! Potatoes, eggs, cheese and green chili are awesome with your own meat or beans! The tortilla is homade and has the right crisp! Excellent! The kitchen is the cleanest I've ever seen and food is well prepared with care!!! I've tried breakfast burritos all over town and no one compares to the fresh ingredients used at Pepe's!!! Being from Northern New Mexico and have eaten at various places from Albuquerque to Taos I know green and red chili by heart.
