Tint N More Pro Shop — Local services in Santa Fe

In my experience, merchants fall into two categories: ones that try to upsell you to buy something that you don’t need and ones that attempt to help you make a good decision by explaining your options and the pros and cons of each as well as the financial implications. The former tries to make the most of single sale while the latter wants to have satisfied customers. Satisfied customers tell their friends which grows a good vendors business. In Santa Fe, I have found a few retailers that choose to grow their business by cultivating satisfied customers. Tint and More is one. Their service and expertise are excellent. Their concern for customer satisfaction makes them a vendor that I would use without hesitation. A single example, one of many that I could share, would be this: They had previously tinted my windows and I returned for paint protection wrap. They noticed a slight imperfection (which I had not) in the curing of the window film. They replaced it without charge, only telling me when I picked up my car for the second service almost as an aside. That is what I would call pride of workmanship. Well done...

Im not one for doing reviews but i had too! These guys are great, this place knows exactly what they are doing and how too make there clientele happy! (VERY PROFESSIONAL) They do everything from Tint, Custom Vinly Wraps, Audio, LED lights/bars, sound systems, clear bra's and probably more! The work speaks for itself, Ive seen some of the most nicest cars in town at this shop! All the way from old classic muscle cars to the brand new straight off the lot vettes, raptors, Tesla S. I highly recommend this place to anyone because the people here will treat you and your car right. They will not try to upsell you and will tell you like it is and if it is not worth it for your individual circumstances. Once again, I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, I will continue too bring all of my families cars here....

So we got our mom a little car, because somebody totalled her car. We checked Tint & More has good reviews. We thought we could trust them. My husband paid 240 something, ahead of time, to tint ALL WINDOWS, turned out they left these 2 little windows out. Our mom asked them about it when she picked the car up, they said we have to pay extra for that.

UPDATED 07/22/2020 @16:28, Jaime Bravo the owner did above and beyond to fix the misunderstanding. He tinted the 2 little windows. I am very glad and appreciate what he did. I will definitely be doing more business with Jaime. I would highly recommend...
