-0/10 HORRIBLE Service! Manager was super rude and disrespectful for no reason! Got booked from the front desk lady… Manager followed us while unloading our stuff into our booked room..asking us questions about our service dog (which was answered) and what was my disability.. didn’t want to answer ferther questions after that… so he claimed my dog wasn’t a service dog and he wasn’t allowed since they don’t allow pets( website says they do with a fee) he canceled our 3 day stay… with an ugly attitude..calmly agreed to get my refund and leave.. while returning the room key.. he lied saying there was pee everywhere and a huge mess left in the room therefore he would be charging us a cleaning fee $79.99… I denied and asked to see the room for proof.. he declined at first but the front desk lady took me to see… obviously there was no pee and the beds were sat on and said they were a mess and house keeper would have to go in and clean now… I apologized and said that wasn’t our fault after he decided to cancel our reservation while been booked already…SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! *Response to reply below* WOW! Lying again to justify your unprofessional and disrespectful behavior! Now I now we were targeted since check in. My dog was NEVER left alone! My husband, my toddler, and dog waited for me right in front of the check in lobby parking. If you would had seen his ID card you would have gotten more answers to your questions, but you denied to see his ID card and just labeled him a non service dog just because you said so. Since you seem to know all about dogs more then us his owners you should know the water in the floor wasn’t his pee it was from drinking water from his bowl(his a medium/ large male size dog) pee spot would of been way larger then what you see in picture. Also you sneak up behind us in that smelly narrow hallway, with an ugly attitude rising your voice at us right in front of my toddler asking illegal questions about my disability. My family and I felt bombarded, unsafe and uncomfortable with your behavior at this point. My dog was only working. My family and I (6 months pregnant) had been driving for hours, and of course needed a break. The last thing we wanted was problems we weren’t planning on checking out until manager/staff came and made a problem and canceled our 3 day stay. It wasn’t on us it was on your side. I understand the inconvenience of having someone to go back and “clean” it again, but it was also a HUGE inconvenience for us too. Reload everything back to our vehicle, look for another place to stay if you truly valued your customers you would be more considerate. The reply mentions other customers in the area while this disrespect happen to us. That’s another lie NO customer was in the lobby besides the unprofessional staff attacking and threading me. I asked to speak to someone else and the entitled manager kept saying he was the “main person” he was the only one to speak with and denied my right to speak to someone else. All this “bad reviews” make 100% more sense now, I know for a fact you are the problem and lie to justify unprofessional behavior! Safe the headache folks and get a waaaay better place to stay at.

Every time I left my hotel room, the room key would stop working. I was holding it too close to my phone each time this happened. That is certainly my fault! But get this:

I had to return to the front desk 4 times for this reason. I understand that it happened because I was holding the card too close to my phone, but the way the man behind the desk addressed me was the problem. For context, I am a young woman traveling alone across the country.

Not only would he stand in the doorway of my room after unlocking it, not allowing me in, he was also repeatedly telling me to “relax” and “chill out,” while simultaneously raising his voice at me. Not a particularly self-aware individual.

The next day, which was the fourth time I was locked out of my room, I waited in the vacant lobby, calling them from my own phone with no one there coming to answer it. I had to find a staff only door to knock on to be acknowledged. The same man from the night before suddenly appeared, immediately shouting at me for disturbing him. Then I started matching his volume and he was furious, which in turn required two other staff to calm him down. Just pathetic. To the credit of the other staff, they were so embarrassed of him that I was fully refunded.

When I returned to my room to pack up my belongings and leave early, my door stood open and unattended. Which reminds me, those doors had no deadbolt from the inside. Other reviewers have mentioned this too. So you’re either locked out of the room entirely, or completely vulnerable to staff waltzing in unannounced.

Creepy, defunct, unprofessional, and disgusting. Horrible customer service and struck me as very unsafe. Motel 6 is a phenomenal upgrade, and that’s saying something. Based on other reviews, they seem to be very untrustworthy around women.

And before the owners reply to argue with me as they do with every other negative review, don’t bother. Save it for the next one, I’m sure there’s more in...

Title: A Last-Minute Oasis of Comfort and Safety

Rating: ★★★★★

My recent stay at the Hotel Inn in Santa Fe turned out to be a truly remarkable experience. After enduring a dreadful time at another hotel, we were incredibly fortunate to stumble upon this hidden gem, which not only accommodated us last minute but also exceeded our expectations in every way.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by the cleanliness and freshness that enveloped the space. The attention to detail was evident, as every corner of the room was immaculate. The beds were neatly made, the linens crisp, and the bathroom spotless. It was evident that the hotel staff took great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

The standout feature, however, was the staff themselves. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel, we were met with warmth and genuine hospitality. They were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or swiftly attending to any requests we had, their dedication to customer service was truly commendable.

One aspect that particularly impressed me was the hotel's commitment to guest safety. The presence of security cameras installed throughout the premises, coupled with the staff's regular patrols of the parking lot, instilled a sense of security and reassurance. It was evident that the hotel prioritized the well-being of its guests, which further enhanced our overall experience.

Finding the Hotel Inn was truly a stroke of luck, and I am grateful for their exceptional service. It is rare to find a hotel that not only fulfills its promises but goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and secure environment for its guests. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Inn to anyone seeking a memorable and worry-free stay...
