Chido Bar — Restaurant in Santa Maria

People have fun but management is poor. A broken bottle was on dance floor and although staff were aware they didn't bother sweeping glass off dance floor. Shows they Really don't care about safety of their customers! Meanwhile, drunk girls falling all over the floor!! Who sells whole Tequila bottles and allows them to be drunk on Dance Floor!!! I'm certain somebody that got glass on their knees. Go figure, why Drunk girls be getting all raunchy falling all over the dance floor that was full of broken glass from bottle they dropped. What kind of management allows that?? I can't believe the staff members blank face expression after I pointed out the Tequilla bottle busted on the dance floor!!!! Also, this staff member/ security just sat on his stool eating Pistachios while watching the crowd. And yes, there were pistachio shells on the front entrance which quickly turns into dance floor!!! If I have one positive thing to say, it would be about one young bartender who is super polite great customer service and I think he's too good to be working there. New to Santa Maria decided to try this. The pictures online and theme were interesting so decided to try it out. We showed and well it looked like something you see in a cheesy movie. Place is small with a bar and dance floor only. No areas to sit including at the bar. Capacity was 118, i can assure that the fact that it was standing room only anywhere that the capacity limit sign was just for show. I will give credit to the DJ and bartenders seemed nice but other than that its a an open area where people crowd in like cattle. Bartenders are the worst don't trust them! A friend lost her phone so we used the tracker app for it. It was still in the bar somewhere. We kept asking the Bartenders if anyone turned it in they kept saying no. Finally asked one last time, turns out they kept it hostage all night. Very much ruined our experience and night.
