Taqueria Guerrero #1 — Restaurant in Santa Maria

I eat here once in a while. Today I had two shrimp tacos and (my Favorite) two al pastor tacos. As always, chips are gratis, and the salsa bar is outstanding. I always order the tacos here, because they are the most-authentic street tacos I have found in this area. They have it all, including cabeza, lengua, and buche; not to mention the usual asada, al pastor, pollo, and carnitas. Although I almost always order the tacos, they also make a killer burrito. Been coming to guerreros for years as a visitor to Santa Maria, always enjoying the variety of food and drinks here. My most recent visit had me order the Al pastor tacos and my guest some lengua tacos. I Must warn that the salsa bar that day had mostly hot habanero spliced into every salsa we sampled including the guacamole. Was disappointed with that, as me & my guest ate less than usual here. The older we get, the less tolerant we've become to spicier food...

Went to eat here with my boyfriend I suggested this place because I worked here years ago and I had a few favorite meals even tho I knew most of the stuff wasn’t fresh I still went back and ordered the chicken flautas, I went to sleep at 9 and woke up at 3 am sick af due to food poisoning.
