Horrible customer service!!! I did a mobile order, got to the location confirmed my order and went inside to pick up at counter as selected thru the app. My order# was on the Screen as in progress...then my order gets removed...I watch the employees throw my order away in the trash. The Cashier asks if I'm waiting for something I said yes my order. They said I took to long to pick up so my order so it got thrown away but they are remaking a fresh order ok no worries. More time goes by they say I need to go on the app to confirm I'm there I showed the screen that's what my screen still shows I can't reconfirm because I didn't get my order. So Bertha the manager says I can't give you your food if you can't confirm. She said wait 5-10 days for a refund or reorder and pay again. I showed her on the app screen it says paid and on my bank account it shows pending. She continued to say reorder repay or wait for a refund. She told me it's been past 1hr so I cannot do anything about it. I told her no it has not she should what time I order and seen the time it was and said your right it has not been an hour. I asked for her to call her GM so he can confirm this policy or deny what she claimed was my only options. She said no she would not call because she already knows what's the policy. I told her clearly you don't care about your customers and you rather have a customer right a bad review. She said go ahead and gave me her name. I've been going to this location for over 10 years and clearly customer loyalty means nothing. I had to return to work so I had no lunch and my kids didn't get dinner because I ran out time for my lunch time. Clearly this manager needs to be coached or not depending on how this GM runs his location. Yet this situation was ran by another McDonald's and I was told she should have remade my food and given it to me. Also if I confirm my order the system will not refund me because I confirmed my order. Not that Bertha cares but you lost one customer and I plan on sharing this experience with all the locals I know. Definitely not...
Read moreOnly gave a two star because at the end of my experience they did the right thing but still didn’t get the order correct. Ordered a total of 4 mc doubles and only received 2. The First Lady I spoke to couldn’t comprehend that and preferred to give me a hard time and when getting her manager she tells her to give me one with out seeing what I was talking about. They kept saying I got charged for two when the receipt clearly shows 4. The way they carry themselves speaks a lot about them which is why they’ll never move on from a mc Donald’s franchise. They acted like if I was lying about receiving only 2 and made the comment that the other two were not there where the burgers end up after being made, like if mc Donald’s isn’t notorious about messing up orders. At the beginning they forgot to add a large fries as well and when they made me park to the side they asked me if I was charged for them and I told them no. So why would I drive home to feed my family and drive all the way back for two mc doubles if I did in fact receive them. Please give this manager some more training and talk to her on how something as simple as two mc doubles could save this location a review and on how customer support is important. When I got to window the girl with the GREY jacket handing them out, I asked her are these the happy meals nuggets and she said yes and rolled her eyes! Well when I get to the freeway my son tells me I got a hamburger with extra ketchup! Train your employees better for customer service! It starts with the person in charge during that shift, obviously they aren’t doing a good job in training employees… when I called all the person that answered the phone could say is well we are working on that with them… she even admitted you got the hamburger with extra ketchup and couldn’t even say I’m sorry or come back and let me fix it… CLEARLY THERE HAS BEEN ISSUES BEFORE AND YA’LL CANNOT FIX THEM!!!!!
