Exceptional sandwiches made by folks who care about what you’re eating. I had the privilege of having lunch here twice during a recent trip back home to LA. Had a great chat with the owner about he and his wife’s story, how they decided to open the business, and how far they’ve come in the short time they’ve been open. I was thoroughly impressed by the care they give to procuring the freshest-possible ingredients. It’s also just so nice to see more plant-based spots opening up. just tried the The God Daughter and it is fantastic! So far, my favorite.
Next, I am going to try The Wanda.
They don't skimp on the bread they use. It's Jyan Isaac Bread from Ocean Park. The best bread I've ever had.
Healthy choices and they don't use process fake vegan meats. Definitely worth a visit for vegans and meat eaters alike.
(much better than Bread Head - don't understand what the hype is all about. 3/4 of their sandwiches is lettuce. Was...
