Cozy little coffee shop with Catholic themes, which makes perfect sense given the name, location, and their mission. Love that it’s a coffee stop that gives back to the community. I came in on a Sunday morning and there were a few people in there enjoying their breakfast. I got a warm ham and cheese croissant, a chocolate espresso scone, and a pumpkin spice latte! What a fantastic find for coffee on the residential side of Santa Monica. Just a block from Wilshire Avenue across from Reed Park. I spent several hours working here and enjoyed the speedy WiFi, friendly counter service, small Christian bookstore and beautiful coffee. They serve Urthh cafe and pastries, which are well-known in the area for their fresh and local flavors.

If you drink coffee, why not make it Holy Grounds. This coffee shop is in the parish office building of St. Monica's Catholic Church. Often, you can find the resident priests as well as visiting priests in deep theological dialogue. There are plenty of outdoor seating and clean bathrooms. They now sell tamales. They are awesome. It's a coffee shop, a book shop and gift shop.
