Juice Crafters — Restaurant in Santa Monica

I had been a steady customer of juice crafters for almost a year. Its my routine to stop there 3 times a week a little after 7 in the morning after my boot camp. Mind u i start work at 8 so i am always trying to find a way to save time. I started to call in my order as soon as boot camp ends so it would be ready for pick up right away. Last monday not sure why the employee opening store at 7 made it a point to not start on my daughters n mine drink for 10 minutes after 7 n i did not get my drink till 715 . There were no orher customers or phone orders ahead of ours. To make mattets worst i called linda at customer service n all she offeted was a 16 ounce drink free. I alwats get 2p ounce n always two or more drinks. I was late to work that day . I will not be visiting or recomnending juice...

Came in today in the morning and I asked for Two "16oz" Custom Juices by word from a funny looking elf dude in burgundy hair including my tip on top, I confirmed at the beginning no receipt because I thought I trusted myself but I didn't mind my wait and instead, gave me two "20oz" Custom Juices. I then made my choice to go back and ask for my receipt only to realize he or she didn't listen.

This isn't how we as individuals commercially do business around a community - gaslighting others' wallets for this sum value of a profit because either businesses either want to strive fundamental wages or employees can't accept what is offered at the table.

I ordered the large size of the Fountain of Youth smoothie, which the sign said included blueberries and strawberries and a bunch of other fruits. About $13. Imagine my surprise when I took a sip and it tasted like chocolate! Turns out that I missed the fact that they add cocoa to it as well. I was really disappointed because I wanted a fruity smoothie, but I tried to drink it anyways. However, it turned out to be way too sweet and the chocolate overpowered all the fruit. What's the point of fruit if it's just going to be chocolate flavored? I miiiight come back again, but I would NEVER order that smoothie ever...
