Horrible experience. We ordered at the Drive thru as we normally do n after placing our order we waited for a long time so long wait to get my order at the drive thru. After finally getting our food, the the order was incorrect which caused an additional 5 minute delay added to the nearly 12 minutes of wait during our initial wait. Our food was cold an the burger did not match the image adverisement; for instance, I ordered their " Bacon BBQ Burger, " which is displayed, on the menu whith a golden brown bun and fresh amazing-looking onion rings whith a fat juicy beef patty. Contrary to this attractive image I got something that appeared like a microwave dinner. Instead of getting the Bacon BBQ burger that appeared so delicious on the menu, I got a burger whith a sesame bun, or a bun normally used on the quarter pounder. The onion rings were burned and looked like chip-pieces of onion ring's exterior crusted breaded , not whole rings. And only a one drop splash of BBQ W sauce. the beef patty appeared to be the ones used on cheese burgers. My step daughter who is 9 years old said she felt something was wrong whith her Mc Muffin n did not taste good. she did not eat it and normally loves the Mc. Muffin sandwhich. Just a waiste of $ 20.00 dollars. This is not the first time this particular location failed to deliver Mc. Donald's well known-level of service and great tasting burgers; another time I got my cheese burger whith out pickles, ( what Mc. Donalds runs out of patties ? or any important item for their iconic burgers ?) And yet another time I got a Big Mack whith 3 midle breads or the breads that are used to make up the middle tower of the Big Mack. these 3 visits have happened whithin a span of four years; so one would thing that the first time a mistake of this type was made could be an acceptable human mistake and made out of simple human error but 3 times at that same lacation is indicative of a major problem; I have to say, I have never had these problems at other Mc. Donalds. This location or place is in need of well focused management team, someone that understands the relationship of deliver service of marketing. this place gets no American Flag Stars...
Read moreThis is not exaggeration. I have never been so consistently disappointed by a fast food restaurant before in my life.
I frequent this McDonalds as it is on the way home and a couple of times a month I will just need to pick up food. I have counted it, and the last SEVENTEEN TIMES I have been to this McDonalds they have messed up my order. They will hand me the wrong drinks. They will forget my fries. They will put cheese on my burger after I tell them I am allergic. It does not matter. They will find some way to mess it up. I have spoken to the managers repeatedly about this issue and it has not improved.
Today, 11/25/23 is the final straw. I went in tonight to get a Double Quarter Pounder with Bacon and requested no cheese. I get home, open up the bag, there is once again cheese on the burger. I take it back there to get it replaced and when I get home with my burger that I had personally requested be re-made I open it up to see that it is STILL THE WRONG BURGER!
I worked in fast food for 5 years. I know what it's like. This is unacceptable. They never hand you the receipt so you can't submit feedback, they constantly mess up your order, and now they are messing up the FIXES to your order that they messed up in the first place.
This problem never happens at the McDonalds on the corner of Hill St and Lincoln, this never happens at the McDonalds on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and Princeton. This is the only McDonalds that has this problem and it is EVERY VISIT.
Save yourself the headache and go support the other fast food locations nearby that are actually on...
Read moreThe worst McDonald’s EVER. So bad that it would be an injustice not to warn others. They were not busy at all (and I can definitely understand why). Yet, it took an inordinately long time not just waiting in the drive thru, but then to get the poorly prepared food. One thing we ordered was a strawberry sundae, which we noticed immediately was only about half full. When we questioned it at the window, the guy told us “the ice cream machine ran out of ice cream”, as if it was nothing. Sounds like normal operating procedures for them. I can’t believe they at least didn’t offer it at no charge. Of course at that point we had already paid and the next victims were in line behind us, so we let it go. However, I did ask the guy if he actually charged us for it, just to highlight their pathetic service since he didn’t seem to think it was a problem. I was wasting my breath at this point. So I decided to come home and write this review instead; at which time we realized there was barely any tarter sauce on the fish sandwich and even a smaller amount of sauce on my Big Mac. And for the record, I’m a McDonald’s fan and have tried many of their locations from coast to coast. Like I said, this is the...
