I tend to love going to Starbucks and purchasing coffee on the regular. Not so much this time around. We arrived and proceeded to go up to the register, but we were completely ignored for an irregular period of time. The lobby and drive thru weren't busy at all (one customer inside and one car at the drive thru). We finally got attended, but right away, the barista told us to "just a moment" as she proceeded to go check on the hot,coffee machine. When she finally had "time" to attend us properly, I gave her my custom order for an iced-coffee and she told us that she could not upgrade us to a Trenta, due to it being just for iced-coffee (um...we did order one ... But I shrugged it off and told her a venti would be just fine) I also asked if we could kindly use the restroom, to which she proceeded to tell us that it was not open for the public, only workers. IDK what kind of establishment this is for them to have locked restrooms up front that paying customers cannot use. The worker told us that if we need to, there is a McDonald's around the corner. Will NEVER be back to this...

No sign on the door said such a thing – – just that masks needed to be worn in general.
When pressed on the point, supervisor James said it was Starbucks policy. Starbucks corporate did not reply to a tweet asking for clarification.
Throughout James's diatribe, a lady had been sitting at her table the entire time, working on her laptop maskless. I guess James applies the policy selectively? So the entire thing seems completely arbitrary, a real disaster for this Starbucks location, and a terrible look for James.
EDIT: just went by again today, two months later. Now nobody at the tables are wearing masks. James says now it's fine, although the law is still exactly the same. James did not apologize to me. Really such a bad vibe at this location that I...
Read moreI have to be very honest. I have never been a huge fan of Starbucks and the reason why is because I don’t love the quality of the beverages. I popped in yesterday while I was waiting on my Lyft and order their Featured Beverages Almondmilk Honey Flat White but unfortunately they were out of almond milk, then I asked for the other one Coconutmilk Latte, they were also out of coconut milk. I asked what other alternative to milk can she offered me and if they were going to replenish them momentarily and she suggested soy which I can’t drink soy and in regards to the almond and coconut milks they were out for the day and the next day they’ll bring more! It was only 11:00 am - I ended up ordering the Honey Citrus Mint Tea it sounded great since i loved teas!! I am not sure how they prepared it but it taste like a cup of honey sweet as fake! Cough syrup tasted better! I left with a bit bitterness in my mouth and not much desired...
