6:00 pm ish 3/4/17 Saturday I call the shop.. E1 answers and I asked if they found a wallet. Then in a quick manner the employee who answered the phone said I'll take your phone number down but no wallet found yet. I said I was there around 1:15-1:45pm ish 3/4/17 Saturday, earlier today. He replies, no no. I will call back if found, whats is your #? I believe he takes my number down. 6:15 pm ish 3/4/17 I showed up 10-15 min later after the phone call to at the ice cream shop. I see E1. I believe he was the one who answered the phone earlier at 6:00 pm ish. Then employeeG recognized me right away as soon as he sees me and says we have your wallet.  I didn't even have to say anything. Then goes to the back to get my wallet as promised. The other person attending the counter, E1 goes to the back too. I wait approximately 15 min with no information. Other customers are waiting to purchase ice cream as well. Not EG but E1 comes back to the front. He says the wallet is not found.  I said but EG said the wallet is here. Then E1 says he doesn't know because he wasn't here earlier and started work around 4 ish. Then he proceed to say we will call you when we find your wallet. I said I need an explanation. I stated EG said they found the wallet. EG was here earlier when I purchased ice cream from him. EG is still in the back of the store out of sight. E1 said to me face to face, we will text or call you when we find it. I said I need an explanation because EG said the store has my wallet. EG is still in the back. Then E1 gives me an explanation. We are waiting for the assistant manager to call/text us back. She knows where the wallet is. She left it in the store. I said I'll wait. Then he tells me she already got back to us afterI said I'll wait. She told us the spot where the wallet is but it's not there. I'm very mono tone and cordial with my demeanor and voice. I tell him I'll wait until you guys find it. I said I'll wait here. I have 2 credit cards, 2 bank cards, $12 worth of lotto tickets Japanese train card with 50 dollars , Drivers License approximately CASH of $200¥2000-3000 15 pounds Northern Irish money E1 is behind the counter and throws up his hands up in the air saying I don't know I wasn't here.  I told him I know that, but EG was and another female employee was here, which I find out it was the assistant manager. I tell him I'll wait until they find it. This is around 6:45-50Pm. Then I step outside so I won't interrupt business. Another female employee comes in, not the assistant manager . Now there is 3 employee behind the counter.. E1, EG and Female Employee. I stay outside in front of the store. I Call the police. The police comes around 8:10 pm ish. To make a report.  EG comes out to talk to the police. I explain everything to the officer with E.G. E.G. apologizes and says I don't know where it went. We make a police report. Everything what I stated above.Police report with Officer Hayes Then I leave. The next day 3/5/17 noonish, I call the ice cream shop. The assistant manager answers. I tell her everything. She said EG said he was interrogated. I said there was none of that. I was waiting for what I was promised for. She says she understand and has already emailed the owners. But now has more clear picture what went on. She said she left around 4pm ish 3/4/17 and left the wallet at the store. She was clear where she left it. I stated what was in my wallet. She said she the only thing she didn't see was my drivers license after I mentioned all the items in my wallet. She said she would have try to get a hold of me if my drivers license was there. She did not say anything else was missing after what I stated above except the drivers license. She said she left it in a spot in the back where only employees can get to because it was in the back. She said she was sorry. She took my number down. She will email the owners again since she has clearer picture. Today is 3/21/17. This incident happened 3/4/17. I haven't heard from the assistant manager...

Fantastic ice cream. Really, really great. I had a triple baby scoop cup with pistachio black pepper (really good! Unique!), the John Martin (delish, coconut and dark chocolate shards), and Vanilla Bean. The service from the two young women working was top notch as well.

Despite the fact the line was long, it moved quickly and the two young women working behind the counter deserve more than whatever they're making.

I discounted a star because the layout isn't efficient. You place your order then have to step around a line of people to pay. It's kind of a bummer. Also, our two employees scoop and collect payment, it would be more efficient if there was someone manning the cash register. At one point I think I heard one employee mention they were leaving soon, leaving the other employee alone in the store. If this is true, that's a big safety issue.

Sure, the staff can meet the needs of the customers with only two hands, but why not make it better for everyone by having an extra...

If you're in the area of the beach, you should get some ice cream here to cool yourself down a bit. My hubby came here before and recommended this place since we were at the beach - about 30 min walk. By far one of the better ice cream places I've been to so far since moving from NYC. Variety of flavors which you would think doesn't mix well but surprisingly so very tasty. I would usually not like cherries and chocolate together but that combo was perfection. I also tried the mojito with mint which was not bad. I think my favorite is their pistachio which tasted much more more natural than the green ones you get at other places. They are also very good about tasting the flavors before you get them. Pricey scoops but so worth it. They also have kiddie scoops too. My biggest disapointment for a first time going was that there was a random piece of plastic in my cup of ice cream - still a 5...
