Unfortunately this location has some of the worst standards when it comes to customer service and integrity. Of course like in any business or organization it comes from the top. A Carlos Cruz who is apparently one of the owners is one of the worst individual when it comes to having a decent moral compass. No wonder I see so many other unsatisfied customers. If I had known what kind of people are running that location we would have never gone. Why do I make those statements? This Carlos Cruz crash my wife's car and tried to minimize the extreme of the damages. Some how he talked himself out of giving my wife his insurance information by making false promises that he would fix the damages which were heavy scratches that required body work. After multiple attempts of trying to make contact with him it became clear that he is trying to get out of taking responsibility for his actions. His first response to my wife by text was, unprofessional, rude, and somehow he thinks because it involved a nice voice message saying to please contact us, and 1 ignored text messages followed by one more phone call, he felt impelled to respond with stop blowing up my phone. After providing him with a quote to fix the damages he disagreed with them and offered to pay less than half. "I think he thinks we will settle to get a quick mickey mouse fix from someone's back yard" NOPE! Not to mention that he drives around a U-Haul, my guess delivering merchandise to his locations which brings me to my next question of proper sanitation and quality control which my guess is NOT UP TO STANDARD. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND NO ONE...
Read moreI’ve gone to this Little Caesars about 5-6 times now. Last night I got out of work late and was craving Little Caesars so I decided to call and ordered. My call went through 2 times and the phone rang and rang but no one answered. Finally, I arrived to Little C’s. I was the 3rd in line. The 2 people ahead of me told me that they had been waiting there for over 5 minutes to place their orders but no one was coming to the cashier. About 5 minutes later, the guy cutting the pizzas came to the front and sold a pepperoni pizza to the 1st guy in line. The guy paid cash; the cashier took the money, gave him change and then ran to the back to put in another pizza in the oven and then ran back to start cutting pizzas. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS NOR TOOK OUR ORDERS. He continues to cut pizzas and the couple ahead of me and I decided to leave. When people in the parking lot saw us leaving; I think they got suspicious so I saw a couple more people leave too. #1 poor customer service- I saw 3 people working in the back and 1 should’ve came right away to take our orders. We waited an average of 12 minutes and no one ever helped or approached me or the couple ahead of me. #2 COVID- they should have stricter rules on hand washing and disinfecting. Cross contamination! #3 weak management- people train your staff on time management and customer service. They shouldn’t let the phone ring over and over; they shouldn’t loose clients because of their poor customer skills Hopefully management is able to read this and implement better policies, procedures and guidelines to...
