F-F IN BOWL — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I'm SUPER picky about poké. I've eaten at probably hundreds of places over the years and it's one of my fav foods. It really has to be just right or I won't like it.

Took a chance on this place a few months back because of a Door dash discount and its literally the best poké I've ever had. The portions are insane for the price and the bowls weigh about 500 lbs. Every time I've ordered here the bowl has been stuffed with fresh, tender fish, perfectly ripe avocado, and tons of crisp veggies. The price is insanely good for poké and one bowl is enough to go two days.

My partner and I have purchased food from here several times since they opened. We always get the create your own bowls, and they never disappoint! Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful. The portions are plentiful and filling without putting you into a food coma. Today, I tried the coconut curry bowl with mango to change it up, and it’s so good! Ordered on a touchscreen, not with a human server and was still prompted to tip. The 'build your own bowl' menu was very limited and a little bizarre. There are no drinks and no bathroom. The zucchini noodles were EXCELLENT. The fish was very fresh. The sauces were fine. The avocado was cut in an awkward way and also not ripe, so inedible AND cost an extra 1.75$. They put on a loop of '5 songs tween girls liked in 2010' as the atmosphere. I might give them another chance with a hot bowl but I'm not feeling keen...
