Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I have never had an issue with Mountain Mikes before but I had the worst experience. I ordered online and then never received my pizza. I called in to see what was prolonging. They stated that I inputted the incorrect address. Then the girl who answered stated that they could only give me what I ordered. I was quite baffled because thats all I wanted. The fact that she insinuated otherwise was mind blowing. Once the driver got here he rudely gave my my pizza and I asked about my soda. He stated he forgot it and that he would be back. I called 30 min after he left to see if he had left to bring me my soda. They stated that the driver was on his way. I think I was very patient and respectful to the people at this establishment. However I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. I hope you guys learn to get shape. Waiting for food that I ordered at 3:38 pm and not enjoying until 7 is completely unacceptable. I will never use this...

Pricey, but good pizza. And in times of covid, the contactless delivery is great. It's not one of my all the time pizza places but it's a good treat once in a while. Their bbq Hawaiian pizza is 💣💥🔥

To add to my lovely review, I still LOVE this place! Used to go with Dominos more just because it was cheaper but lately their quality you can tell has gone down, Mountain Mike's is consistent! I ordered a Mountain Pep 40 minutes before closing, I felt terrible but it was a last minute thing, the guy who took my order and the guy who delivered were very friendly and not irritated at all for my last minute ordering and it was at my door sooner than they said it would be. I don't care who gives negative reviews here this is my favorite place. The staff has always been friendly and my pizza has always been on time It's a little pricey but you pay for quality right? And my pizza is always LOADED with toppings. Never skimpy. Thanks for doing it right...

Im only giving it a one star because the pizza is good, service horrible. I order My pizza online and through their app. My promised delivery was supposed to be at 7:45. Its 8:00pm no pizza so we call and they sent the driver to the wrong location :(. The driver calls us and says that we wont get our pizza until she delivers to other ones and proceeds to get frustrated with us. We then call the store to ask for a refund or any discount and they tell us they cant give us anything but some credit for one pizza order later on. Like NO I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a 24 piece wing!!! $100 purchase and ur giving me credit for one pizza and delivering me cold food. I understand they are busy but why take orders u cant go through with :(. Never ordering here again. Still don’t know if they refunded me, gonna wait 3 days to...
