Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

This was my first experience in this store and it was very disappointing. I dropped my car off next door for a brake change and went in to charge my phone and grab a coffee. When I first walked in, I had an opened evergreen drink and was accused of having an open alcohol container and was told to leave. I then had to walk to a gas station just go get a water bottle to then empty it out and pour it into said bottle. After waiting about 4 hours for my car to still not be finished, I headed back over to Starbucks for a snack. I purchased a chicken bacon sandwich and asked to have it heated (she offered). After sitting there for 15 minutes without being called, I walked over to find it sitting on the table getting cold. I asked the girl if it was mine and she nodded yes. This place was awesome when it first opened but I've went there several times for a simple Nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream and I have gotten my drink either completely full creamer or with no creamer at all my husband goes to pick it up for me so I don't see the problem until he gets back home and it's usually before I have to go to work so I don't have time to go up there and correct them and I called and said something and they just say oh well we were busy which to me is not an excuse because I work in a medical office and no matter how busy I am I always deliver good patient care, to sit and wait all that time and pay all that money for a drink that's not even made right is really irritating. Large interior, with a drive-thru (maybe they all have drive-thrus these days?). Twice I have received drinks that are less than 75% full, but I didn't realize it until I was too far gone to go back. One of those times I went back a week or so later, showed them the picture, and they offered to make me another coffee, free, bigger size. The second time I didn't bother. Another time, they forgot to make my drink and I was standing around for quite a few minutes before one of the employees asked me what I had ordered, and then promptly made it.
