Asked for a grande coffee Frappuccino with an added shot. What I received was so light, got it remade and it looked almost even lighter. There's no point in remaking it the same, didn't get the cashier's name but she didn't seem to understand how to make it and I wasn't sure what to ask for how to have her make it.
