I got a Christmas present of three pairs of pants. I liked two of them and wanted to return one. I took it back along with the receipt of payment from my daughter as it was a Christmas present. Store person said they would not give me a refund unless I have the original card with me that was used for the online purchase! I said it was a gift from my daughter, and she lives in another town. Therefore, I don’t have the card. They said, without the card, they could only give me a store credit, which I didn’t want. They said I could mail it back in and get a refund.    Read moreI purchased a shirt a week ago off of the sale rack. I wore it for a couple hours and noticed the chest threading was starting to disintegrate / unfold. Went to return it with tags and receipt and the shirt not washed. Because the tag was removed they wouldn't let me return it. So I went through customer service just as they said to try to get a return and someone approved it. Once again someone in the store told me I couldn't return it because the tags weren't attached and that the lady I spoke to was wrong because she thought I had the tags attached. Either way a shirt made of mold all shouldn't start to disintegrate especially not for $40. Very disappointed in the staffs help & quality of the shirt. The blue dye wore off and the black material underneath was staining my skin. I waited until the mask mandate was lifted before I attempted to return it to the Santa Rosa Lululemon location.
