I have had to change my original review about this place since the last few times I've gone. It's always been a hassle trying to order my food. The first complaint is that new self- order kiosk never seems to quite work all the way through the last three times I've used it. There's always been something wrong the first time I order something that apparently wasn't even on the menu for that season the second time to check out, page kept on taking me to a random error message and the last time the order went through but the staff had to come find me since they said it was never received on their end and all three times when I tried to put in my phone number and email address for the rewards it kept saying one moment please and then landed with an error page not the worst thing, but just enough to ruin my experience to drop it one star. Other than that the food is always consistently great and staff super friendly. Parking can get a little tricky, but there are plenty of spots across the street. Really don’t like to be this person But I for the most part Love Boudins !! It’s one of my favorites to get food …. I’m extremely disappointed I usually order from doordash on here …. And I was upset because me and my daughter are sick so I seen they had a Buy One get one Free deal online through the App so when I click on it it automatically charges me for two … therefore the total being 23 dollar for the two …. And not to mention I got a sandwich do it was trying to charge me the two soups and the sandwich so I called on the phone and told the guy to plz cancel my order and he hadn’t canceled it In time so by the time I check the order was apparently still going through so when I tried to finally cancel because the manager didn’t cancel it It still ended up charging me the 37 dollars and it said it couldn’t refund me … get real this is such a. Steal …. Greedy corporations… Stop false advertising…. don’t put it on the App online next time …not everyone is rich and can afford 37 dollars just wasted like that especially when we have mouths to feed !!!
