My Daughter and Granddaughter braved today's heat and had lunch out with me at Taco Bell at the end of Farmers Lane. We pulled in the parking lot to our choice of a parking space as all, but one space was available and every parking space is wheelchair accessible. We thought they were closed or not allowing the public to dine in, until we arrived at the wheelchair accessible entry way and entrance doors along side a very sweet and bubbly young lady who was an employee of Taco Bell who welcomed us in with a great smile and enthusiasm. It was a relief to get out of the days heat, I'm sure everyone can relate to that with our record breaking temperatures! I was disappointed to learn that Taco Bell is still not offering their mexican pizza, which was a mistake to remove from the menu in the first place and to not bring it back is another mistake. Just saying... We ordered and within a couple minutes our order was ready! Great, I thought! Except my order was missing a main ingredient. CHEESE! I'd rather wait a few minutes and eat food I enjoy because someone put some love into it and took the appropriate time in preparing my food than a cold thrown together lacking un-meal. I'm sure Taco Bell has plenty of cheese, but quite a few other Taco Bells are always lacking cheese. One or two short strands of cheese will not cut it, k! I noticed they do have gender neutral bathrooms with codes longer than your zip code to gain entry. They are nice a big for wheelchair access and easy maneuvering. The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable, but unfortunately the food has really gone down hill. I'm going to give some other Taco Bell locations a try. Hopefully the standards for food preparation are much higher. We should have gone to Jack...
Read moreI placed a mobile order for the drive-thru and when I got there it took about 20 minutes for me to get to the window to get a burrito, which was so small that my 5-year-old grandson wouldn't have gotten full from it. I ordered a bean burrito minus the red sauce with extra cheese. I got no extra cheese . In fact, there was hardly any cheese on it . When I have ordered off of the value menu previously at other Taco Bells the cheesy bean and rice burrito was larger than the burrito I purchased which was at least twice as much money. Also, I had a reward for a free Cantina chicken taco. I am thankful it wasn't something I ordered and paid for because I didn't care for it. It really had no flavor, and also, the shell seemed different than the normal tacos it had a strange crunch to it. It was kind of hard to chew. Overall, it was not a great experience at a Taco Bell, and I love Taco Bell normally, so I was...
Read moreWent here for a quick breakfast run, and the window attendant Marie was sub-par. She got our order wrong, and when we tried to clarify our order to her at the speaker box she said “yeah i got that.” Turns out she didn’t get that. Okay, so we added the missing item which we clarified to her as a number 10, but instead gave us a number 9. Okay, a burrito is a burrito. Whatever, but to top it off when i asked for a receipt for the first order because i noticed she didn’t put it in the bag, she said she couldn’t print out the previous receipt, and didn’t put it in the bag because she didn’t know if we wanted a receipt so i said for future reference not to assume, but instead please ask. Then i heard her talking lip in Spanish and im bilingual. It’s not a big deal, but don’t get upset with me when I’m trying to help you do your job better because there are people who would get very upset over all that...
