addition. Just now a woman pointedly layed my coffee six feet away from where I stood. She appeared to be bullying a young man who gives great service. It was not a mood in her, it was her personality. This person is mean. I have studied the rise and decline in the hospitality industry. A poster says "think different" (that should be differentLY) and the geniuses are Ray Kroc, Einstein and Edison, pictured there. Ray Kroc WAS a genius. He would have fired that woman on the spot FOR CAUSE. The customer is NOT always right. However, one bad act by a customer and Macdonalds puts in pay toilets, and plugs up its electrical sockets. I ordered coffee. I will not have the meal I intended to have. Watching a mean girl made me lose my appetite a bit. That is how it works. 5 stars dropped to 3 stars

I have been going regularly and have enjoyed perfect service from a good group of people. The build your own burger is offered with the Sirloin patty and that is my favorite. One thing alone marred my visits. Today, when I took a break to smoke a cigarette twenty feet away from the building, and old man went out of his way to open the door and yell at me "there's no smoking there" I think he then went to bother the girls behind the counter. His face was red and he is very old; I expect that old demented fool will have his heart attack very soon.

You cannot be serious! I am sitting in the drive thru minding my business waiting for my food. When I notice the employee handing a bag of food to the person parked in front of me. I get ready to move forward when I then see the drinks and bag or food go from the passenger seat back through the drive thru window. I hear the employee and customer talking back and forth about how the gentlemen in the car before her took her food by mistake. Which led me to believe that this person had just received my food. I roll up to the window and sure thing what does the employee do? She tries to hand me the exact bag that she handed the customer before me then took right back through the window. When I asked if this was the same bag that was just handed back the employee had an attitude and said that doesn't matter is this what you ordered trying to hand the bag to me. When I expressed that I would not be taking a bag of food that someone else's hands had been in she got even more frustrated telling the manager I was refusing my food. I dont believe it should be that big of an issue or even a second thought to give a customer new...

Friday April 28th approximately 12pm we Placed an order through drive thru, 2 Big Macs, 1 cheeseburger 1 large fry, paid at the 1st window drove up to the pickup window, employee tried to confirm order which was wrong, we were asked to pull into spot 5 and our order will be brought out, after 15 minutes of waiting I walked the receipt in and asked the working (lady) manager for a refund of my money, she asked me to hold on, she approached the customer beside me and apologized to her for the wait time and said she put in an extra fry in for the waiting. I then told her again I wanted a refund she said ok, did you pay with a card? I said yes it’s in my truck, she asked if I wanted cash I said yes, she then took my receipt paid me a cash refund and then she asked “so you didn’t get any food at all?” I said no and left the premises. The service in Santee was lousy, when I walked in, the behind the counter workers and manager looked like they were in chaos. The manager never even offered an apology.
