Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sapulpa

Haven’t been in years but saw the pretzel crust and decided to try…. “Can I order pretzel crust with jalapeños instead of pepperoni?” “No sorry only pepperoni or cheese - they’re pre-made” “Okay, well, cheese I guess… you can’t just throw on some jalapeños?” “Nope” “Okay, see you in 10 minutes” When I arrived the person needed a manager because apparently there’s no such thing as a pretzel crust cheese pizza on their screen, only pepperoni. “I thought you said they’re pre-made?” “They are, we just don’t put the pepperoni on if you want cheese” “So they’re just cheese and you add the pepperoni to all of them?” “Yes” “And you can’t just add jalapeños instead?” “No, sorry, it’s policy” “But wait, you’re already breaking policy by NOT putting on the pepperoni, right?” “Well, yes, but…. My manager will kill me if I mess up inventory” “You do realize pepperoni costs like 10x more than jalapeños, right? And you’re already charging me for pepperoni” shrugs

Shame, because the pizza was actually decent, but I have very little reason to go back now. I worked at a pizza place for years, and I really wish managers would help their employees understand that if a customer wants to substitute a vegetable for a meat or for cheese, it’s literally a win-win for everyone, instead of threatening...

The door is good but I don't like the fact that off duty employees, on duty employees and their friends/ family and children are hanging out inside as well as outside and running up and down the walkway. Employees are outside smoking and hanging in windows of cars talking, all of the time... it's terrible. When you're trying to pay for your order or just waiting for it, you have these people and employees talking loud to each other about personal issues that I care nothing about, and their children (not customers children) yelling and running around the waiting area. The atmosphere certainly is not a welcoming one. I like the food but I hate going down there because of these issues. They need a manager there at all times that is a "manager" and not "one of the guys/girls". A lot more professionalism and a whole lot less trash people hanging around or working there would be...

I called in to ask for a fresh pizza, because everyone knows that little caesars give you 7 hour old pizzas and say it’s fresh. Before leaving any fast food I always check my food. I said to the employee that the pizza he handed me wasn’t mine because I called in a fresh pizza. He said yeah that’s fresh it was just made, I said no it’s not it’s been sitting there for a couple of hours and he decided to have an attitude because the employees are so lazy they don’t want to do their job.

Here’s my take on the situation. If you don’t like your job, how about not make bad choices in life and get a real job/career. Fast food places are for kids in school, not adults. It’s not my fault you hate your life.
