This location will more than likely be closed down in the very near future because of the type of service that they are offering. Customers. Not only is the service, absolutely terrible, but the food was also terrible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is basically non-existent. I walked in and there were only three parties of people in the restaurant. One party of people already had their food. Nobody else had their food yet. I walked up to look at the menu to order and the woman asked me if I was ready and I told her not yet I needed a minute. She quickly let me know that she would be off at 4:00 okay which was only 8 minutes away. Once I ordered and got my drink I went to get a seat. I noticed that it was taking an extremely long time for anybody to get their food, including me. The workers was yelling extremely loud when she would call the orders to the back. It was so loud that it was actually disturbing the customers that was trying to enjoy their meal. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for my food, I took my receipt to the front and asked the woman how long it would be for my order to get finished. The woman looked at my receipt and she barely even spoke and she did turn around and speak to the lady in the kitchen and ask her about my food but you could barely hear her talking which I thought was very funny because this was the same woman that was absolutely yelling when she was calling the orders to the back when she asked the woman in the kitchen about my order. The lady in the kitchen reached straight down and grabbed my food which was already boxed up and reached it to her so I made the comment " was my food really just sitting there this entire time?" The woman never said a word to me. She did not even reach me my food. She walked off. The woman from the kitchen Had to come out and reach me my food. When I got back to my table to eat, I quickly noticed that my food tasted absolutely horrible. I cannot explain what the taste was, but I can truthfully tell you that I felt unsafe continuing to eat the food and I had to throw the entire meal away and leave and go find a different place to eat. I would not recommend anyone to come here and eat at this location. The attitudes of the workers is very nasty. You can tell the workers do not want to be there whatsoever and the food...
Read moreMy expierence at this harts location is always a patient one I order the barn yard combo for me and my family all the time from here and I always have to wait at least 15 minutes before I receive my order which is fine. But this particular time was the worst not only waiting for 15 minutes the young lady who took my order was nice but the one who gave me my groceries was horrible she didnt tell me that all of my food was in the bag or have a nice night or anything so I just assumed that they had put everything that I purchased in the bag. I pulled up like always checked my order and opened my boxes so my food does get wet from the steam or soggy so I pulled off when I got home to feed my family I had one entire box of chicken that looked like it had been dropped in water or something or just under cooked the tots were old looking they were all crumbled up and soggy too. I was so angry that not only to wait so long but to spend my hard earned 32.00 on this food that looked like scraps you could feed a stray dog i was furious.I called to tell someone at this point didnt care if it was a manager or not because i felt like you wouldnt have put this on a plate for yourself why in the hell would u sell it to me and the manager just so happened to be who I was speaking with was Miss Shirley she took my name and told me should would have my order on the house next time but I dont want anything free I could care less about that I want my groceries right when I purchase them the first time I dont want anything free I want it right especially when Im spending all most 40.00 for my food this harts need new kitchen staff and management I have eaten harts every since I was teen one of my favorite places to get chicken but this place right here needs some close attention. Read moreSo today. I decide to have lunch at harts. It took me bout 7 to 10 mins to get my food. Ok cool. So when my order number is finally called. I asked the cashier if I had my honey mustard. Although I never told her from the start that I wanted honey mustard. So she respond it's in the box. Being that I walked cross the road. I checked the box while standing there. I tell this lady that the sauce isn't in the box. So she tells me to let her check it. By this time I'm annoyed. Like this is my lunch I'm attempting to eat this. It's not a scavenger hunt. So she opens the box and tilt it. Hands nasty been handling cash and cards spraying whatever chemicals on tables washing them down picking up trash off the floor. And havent t washed her hands. RIGHT she finds no sauce. So then the I'm guessing manager feels as tho he knew he put the sauce in the box and now he wants to check himself. So she pushes the order back so that he can check and now he's fiddling through the box. STILL NO SAUCE. At this time I'm pissed. Cause I had intentions on paying for another sauce. And I Politely tell them screw it. I don't want it and to give me my money back. This man still rumbling through the box, and ain't found not one sauce. So I repeat my self. I don't want it just give me my money. So the manger probably a shift leader i think her name was shelia. She always has an attitude. Takes her time to come refund me back my money....After I was refunded. I asked the lady did she find the sauce. She gone respond . It wasn't in there but yet to apologize. Harts Fried chicken lost a sale today for one lil funkie honey mustard. Where is the customer satisfaction.. Then won't get a penny from me going forward....
