Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Saraland

7/10/25 approximately 3:30pm. We’re traveling and stop to eat at this location because we’ve stopped here a few times with great customer service. That is not what we got today and we’ll never go back. From the time we walked in with 2 employees in the back area, no greeting, my husband asked the guy, seemed to be training the other guy, some questions and he straight faced just gave him minimal information. This guy never smiled. His face said it all…I’m here because I have to be. I asked what size sandwiches are available and the same guy told me the regular or giant…I normally get a mini but that wasn’t offered. This guy acts like he hates his job. If you’re struggling to pay your bills as a franchisee I would recommend hiring some better people. This guy is definitely not who you want training someone. By the time we left he was sitting at a table on his phone. The sandwiches weren’t great either. He might need some more training. If I could give zero...

Can’t comment on the food because we walked out before we ordered. We were on a road trip tired and walked into the Jersey Mike’s for dinner. When we walked in my husband asked a question about the menu and the employee answered him annoyed because he had asked her a question as she was making a sandwich. Okay we blew it off maybe she was annoyed he asked her instead of the guy taking the orders. When we moved over to order I saw her look at us and shake her head at us, her annoyance with us was written all over her face. All three of them just we very stand offish. From the beginning when we walked in -it was like we were an annoyance. We left before putting in the order. Hopefully management has secret shoppers or something because those working on aug 9 approx 6 pm really need some customer...

Completely pathetic establishment.. order one thing and can't even complete the order as described then walk out with the completely wrong order. Called and tell them then get a sour attitude when told I got the wrong order and tell me this is what my husband ordered but when was told exactly what I wanted in a text message. Common sense is long gone everywhere. I will not waste my time more money driving all the way back for you to spit in my food. I can't even eat what I got because I will get very ill. So straight to the trash. Learn to listen and pay attention. Will not go back to this place ever again. Thanks...
