I usually only review when I've had a positive experience. However, this place is so bad I left planning to contact their corporate offices which I still may do. I visited this location twice within the last week, both times for two large fries. First time, I was only spoken to at the first window when asked for payment. At the next window, a bag was simply shoved at me. I said thank you, and that person walked away. It was so bad that I had a conversation with my one and a half year old daughter about the importance of customer service! I then noticed that my two large fries was one large fry at best split into two boxes. I went back again Saturday reluctantly. I wanted fries and didn't feel like going far, so I tried it. We waited a long while to order. Other cars got out of line it was so long. There was no one at the first window. I noticed the lady at the second was taking orders and handing out food, so I gave it a pass. Until I got to the second window and noticed five or six people just standing up there doing nothing. The young lady took my payment. I had looked toward my passenger side when she was ready to hand my card back. I heard her say in an aggravated voice, "Here!" I took the card and laughed with my passengers at the bold rudeness. Took another long while to give me fries. Fries. So long that one guy came to the window to ask what I had ordered. Told him fries. Finally, my mother saw one of the young men grabbing my fries but insisted he didn't have on gloves. Then we saw him rub his nose and continue to grab my fries. Read moreOn 9/24/22, First & last time coming to this Wendy's (850 S. Saraland blvd Mobile, AL). The young lady working drive thru was really rude. While taking my order, I asked if she could please hold so my kids could say what kind of drinks they wanted with their meals & she had her mic open & I heard her saying rude things. I pulled up to the window & as she slowly open the window, I asked if she was OK & she slammed the window & walked away. Another young lady came to the window to take my order but I asked to speak with a manager. The young lady with the attitude walked back to the window stating that she was the manager. I knew she was lying because she had on a crew member shirt. So I asked her if this is how she treat customers when they come to her store? So then the manager walked up with a mouth full of food asking if she could take my order. I told her the problem & told her to just cancel my whole order, I'll just go somewhere else. The manager nor the crew worker never not 1 time apologize for any inconvenience or rudeness. They most definitely need better training at this location. Read moreI went tonight at 9:30 and set at the speaker, waiting on someone to take my order. I've seen a lady walk to the register twice, and she never said a word to us. We called and asked where they still open and she said yes, and we explained to her that we've been trying to order and sitting there waiting. After she didn't come to the speaker, we pulled up and a man came to the window and told us they were closed. I called back and spoke to the manager and she told me to come up there and place my order. So we went back and set at the speaker 10 more minutes, and watch the lady come to the register and turn off the beeping. Finally the manager walked to the window and flagged us to come up. She was on her cell phone and told us to hold on just a minute she was on the phone. She then said I'm sorry what can I get y'all. We started order and then she told us they were out of potatoes, and kept saying how she didn't have anybody there that several people had already left early. I understand businesses being understaffed, but this is getting ridiculous and becoming an excuse. I'll be calling corporate in the morning because I'm not the only one that's had this problem according to the voices page...
