I ordered from this location online for pickup since I was in the area and upon my arrival I noticed that the lights were off so I called the store and an employee answered with an attitude to tell me that the power was out. I was curious how the power could be out but the phone still work. However, I didn’t question them because I didn’t want to deal with more attitude. I said I understand and simply asked them what my steps should be to get reimbursed and they told me to call tomorrow. It’s now been several weeks and I have talked with 3 employees on deprecate occasions and all have told me that they don’t know when management will be in but they will leave a note and/or text him and include my information. Seriously??? how does that work when you ordered for 2 people? one ate the sandwich and the other one said it was not right- Then ask for a manager that could handle it and they say that there is no manager they are at another store???? Read moreAn employee here couldn't stay off of some video app while making my sandwich. I didn't notice his phone on the line until right before he was putting my sandwich into the oven to toast. He scrolled through a few videos on the way to the oven. Then left it there looping, walked away, came back, took my sandwich out of the oven, swiped up a few more videos, and made the rest of my sandwich. When I left I tried calling Subway to report this incident, and an automated message said that I needed to go online and have my receipt to make a complaint. I had already thrown the receipt away.
