McDonald's — Restaurant in Sarasota

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food is the usual McDonald’s. I’d just like to describe an experience I just had here.

Placed a breakfast mobile order. Gave them my code, and pulled up and was handed half of what I ordered. I kindly just said “Hey I’m just missing my egg McMuffin and my hashbrown”, and this woman comes up from behind the person at the drive thru accusing me of lying, saying that “I SAW THERE WASNT ONE IT HAD A LINE THROUGH IT”. She’s literally YELLING at me about lying about ordering an egg McMuffin? Are you kidding me? I’m just so confused right now, so I literally pulled up my receipt and showed her, and she STILL continues to yell “LEMME SEE! LEMME SEE IT” and “YOU DIDNT ORDER THAT” (and she was also now clapping as she is saying this) as I’m literally showing her my receipt though a drive thru window. I’ve never once been treated this poorly by an employee ever. She is literally arguing with me, telling me I didn’t order that as I’m literally showing her that I did. Then, another woman intervened and just told me to pull forward. I never even got the hash brown I payed for, just the Mcmuffin. I’m literally so confused, i just ordered a mobile order as I’ve done 100 times, you can literslly see the receipt and you are still arguing with me telling me I didn’t order something that I did.

Ordered and paid for a large caramel macchiato, but received a medium. But the overcharging/not receiving what we paid for is not the aspect of my experience at this McDonald's that was extreme enough for me to make the effort of writing a review. I have been in a good number of McDonald's restrooms~ in large part because they are typically nice and kept very clean. Well I can now say that I was mistaken, and that is not a feature of McDonald's in general, I apparently had just gotten lucky prior to today. The toilet in this women's room was absolutely repulsive. One of, if not the most, abhorrent toilet I've been unfortunate enough to encounter out of the 100s I've visited. The worst part is (as you can even see in my attached photo), the floor was still wet from having been very recently mopped. So an employee, tasked with cleaning the restrooms, had been in there for at least several minutes and spent up close and personal time with that toilet in that same condition, and then chose to just walk away rather than actually doing anything about it. I attached a photo I took, as I was concerned people might think I was exaggerating how disgusting it actually was. Before it dawned on me to snap a pic, I had already wiped the considerable amount of pee and lord knows what else off most of the seat, so just be aware that what you're seeing is actually cleaner than what I...

Whoever was working at 7:30 PM February 6 in the windows both of them truly need to be trained on customer service. I had a semi large order and tried to order slowly so they got everything so I paused for confirmation. Never got a OK or heard that from the guy so after our first couple items of waiting about 45 seconds to order my next item I started to spill off of what I need asked him if he got the McChicken sandwich on there two times said OK went to pay for it was not on the receipt. Told him to put it on there did not even look my way. Just took my payment pull up to the next window. Tell the guy that there is supposed to be another McChicken sandwich on there. He says OK OK tells me to pull up to number two parking lot. meanwhile, I'm so ticked off, trying to get an answer whether they got my McChicken sandwich on there and not getting a response from either one of them. I then realize he did not ask me if I needed any sauce for the Nuggets so now I have no sauce for my nuggets and was so ticked off. I forgot to ask.A sweet girl comes out to deliver.
