I just stopped in today (Thursday 8/15 11-12:15 PM) while traveling and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE I think Iâve ever had at ANY Starbucks EVER!!! To start they are VERY on top of their mobile ordering, my drinks were made so quickly and perfectly & I was ecstatic about that. Secondly, I hung out for a while to do a zoom meeting and afterwards realized that (because of my preferences) I wanted to asked for some extra lemonade & inclusions for my previous drink that I ordered. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by one of the baristas who noticed my drink in hand and asked how she could help me. She was so efficient in hearing me out and working with her team to get me the items I requested right away, even though I was perfectly happy to wait as they were BUSY! I was so impressed by this teamâs communication and commitment to ensuring their customers were fully satisfied. I got the opportunity to chat with one of the other baristas after who was so kind and personable and radiated her pleasure and passion for the work she was doing. It was an amazing, personalized, yet still quick conversation where she was able to multitask and continue to do her work as she talked which was INCREDIBLY impressive. Lastly, when I went to use the bathroom before leaving they were immediate with their response in giving me the door code. Then, upon me realizing that the womenâs was out of toilet paper (unsurprising, again ONLY because of just HOW BUSY this location was!) they were also immediate with having one team member stop what they were doing to restock it. I was again incredibly surprised at how CLEAN the bathroom was, also due to seeing how busy this location was. Overall, as I said in the first place, this location took the cake for THE BEST Starbucks and experience I have EVER had/been to and truly should be first in the lineup for corporate to use as a model of perfection in displaying the goals and atmosphere all Starbucks locations should strive to achieve. I am only saddened by the fact that this is just a pit stop for me on my journey and not my home location that I can frequent on my regular visits. I would hands down 100% recommend visiting this location whether youâre just passing through town, deciding which location should be your regular stop, or if youâre just looking to hit them up for a fun treat-yourself visit every now and again.    Read moreI stopped in this AM to get my mobile order and it wasn't quite ready. After me came 3 people, all who did not appear to be together, all without facial coverings as required. The cashier addressed all of them politely and asked if they had a face covering before taking their orders. One did, the second had it in her car so the cashier offered her a new one so she didn't have to leave. The 3rd was waiting for her mobile order, without distancing herself from me, and refused to put on the offered mask. The cashier politely told her that it was required for anyone in the building. This woman threw a fit that she didn't want to wear one OR wait and asked them to cancel her order, they asked for her name to cancel and she left. All too often these days, I find businesses are not reminding patrons of their rules. As a private business, they have every right to require and enforce face coverings, and those patrons have every right to take their business elsewhere. This Starbucks is right next to a hospital caring for COVID patients and I'm sure keeping all of their hardworking doctors and nurses caffeinated as this pandemic continues to drag along because we can't all be team players and make sacrifices.    Read moreDonât know whatâs happened to this location but it has dramatically changed for the worse in terms of quality and customer service the past 5-6 weeks. Drive thru times are through the roof - itâs no longer a quick stop. Yesterday, we waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us - baristas werenât behind, the dark haired girl running the drive thru was the problem bc she doesnât know what sheâs doing and everyoneâs drinks were waiting on the counter forever bc of her ineptitude and sheâs not nice either and gave off an idc attitude. My drink was half melted when it was handed to me bc it had been ready and waiting for so long - $7 not well spent at all. Then today, I ordered and paid for extra liquid cane in a drink I order frequently the same way and I canât even drink it bc it doesnât taste good or how I ordered it; they definitely didnât put in the liquid cane I ordered and paid for so another $7+ down the drain. We are daily customers, frequently twice a day, and for as much as you charge, plus I ALWAYS tip on top of it, I expect efficiency, accuracy, and friendliness. Either managers need to train better or hire better qualified ppl bc itâs not a good look for Starbucks and Iâm contemplating never coming here again if my next visit is...
