Experience was by far the worst. I expected them to be understaffed which they were so taking that into consideration my experience was still not good. There were at least 8 to 10 cars in the drive-through some that Had already ordered and some that did not. This was as I was approaching the store so I made a decision to go inside and order to take my food to go. They were only two other people inside the store. One who had already had an order placed. We placed our order and waited around 15 minutes for two simple meals(no special instructions or complicated meal types). As we sat and observe the workers, the people coming to dine in and more cars that arrived in the drive through. We noticed there were over 20 cars that had their orders completed and left the store as the drive-through continue to fill up. The people before us did not even receive their food yet and nobody inside the dining room was approached or acknowledged. Shortly after the 15 minute mark we did receive our food however the person before us did not receive their food. more cars out in the drive-through we’re still placing orders and receiving their food faster than any of the people who have been waiting all this time inside the dining room with orders that had been placed. Read moreIt's easy to tell that the young man taking our order absolutely hates his job. There was no greeting when we stepped up to the counter, he very rarely made eye contact, & he never smiled. My husband ordered the #1 meal, I ordered a chalupa. We both ordered drinks, but we only got one cup. When we asked for a second cup they gave us a bad attitude about it, asking for the receipt. And then they gave me a small water cup instead of a soda cup. When I bit into the chalupa, I could tell it was an old shell. It wasn't hot and it was very CHEWY. I brought it back for a replacement, and stood there unseen for 5 minutes until we finally called out, "excuse us can you help?" The same guy came out. I didn't look for a name tag, but he was a skinny black guy. When I explained the problem and asked for a fresh one he stared at me blankly. While I was waiting for a fresh one, I went to the bathroom. The moment I opened the door I could smell poop. It was scattered in tiny pieces all over the floor. When I got back to the table and my chalupa was ready, I said let's get out of here. I ate the chalupa in our car and it was very good, it even had sour cream, which the first one lacked. I see there's lots of bad reviews here, but NO responses from management, so I doubt they read this page or care about their establishment. The staff desperately needs to be retrained. Read moreSo first and foremost I contacted corporate first and have not got a response. I got food there last night and the people (or I should say a woman)were disgustingly rude but gets better out of the 6 things ordered only one item was correct. Let’s be clear I ordered it how it comes not asking for anything different. Why was there sour cream on my quesadilla? Now let’s backtrack to a couple weeks or so earlier when I came into the store to order and no on one even acknowledged that me or anyone else had came into the store not one person was in the drive through you can see it on the monitor by the way and only 2 of us inside 10 minutes go by the first person left with nothing out of frustration then another walked in and walked out after about 5 minutes of no one willing to speak to us. It’s all on camera willing to give time stamps if corporate even cared which they don’t . I don’t know who owns this location or even who manages it but my suggestion is to find something you’re actually willing to do or care about because cause service is not it. Let me add that last night was dinner around 7:30pm on a Thursday and my previous experience was as around 1:20pm on a Tuesday. So I thought maybe the night crew was better but guess what it had the same nasty lady working. Update after a week of contacting corporate still no response so I put a new one in.
