Went there this morning. Pulled up to the window. Took a whole 2 minutee til some rude old lady finally answered. I could BARELY understand what she was saying because she had something playing super loud in the background but she told me to give her a second. I didn't respond because I didn't think it was necessary to tell her I was giving her a second, I figured my silence implied this. Well several more minutes later she comes back with "THANKS FOR CHOOSING WENDYS WHAT CAN I GET YOU!?!?" basically screaming at me. I asked in a clear and COHERENT voice(unlike this lady) if they still had the 2 for 4 breakfast deal(which was still a thing as of last week). Her response: "HUUUH!?". I repeated myself but louder this time. She was like "UH NO?" as if she had NEVER heard of this before. I just said ok cool and drove off. As I drove off I could see her shaking her head through the window. Rude, incoherent, and clueless. This lady needs to be fired asap. Read moreIt's almost 1030 pm Sunday night. My family and I went thru the drive thru, we gave our order, the guy repeated it back and it wasn't right. All my husband said was no this is the order. The man in the drive thru got extremely rude and mean. Told us to calm down when no one was getting loud, then he said have a good night. We went to the window to order and he said you to us you're being loud and rude, when he heard my daughter talking. So I went inside he came at me rather aggressive and kept saying over and over no have a good night. I said sir no one is loud you heard my kid talking in the background. He was very rude to me inside then finally said drive back around. So we did only to get his name and the manager. He said go away go away that's not your business. I'm not giving you my name I'm the manager. Also, drive thru mics are never super clear so even if my husband did get loud it was to clarify the order for the 3rd time. Read moreThe Latino lady didn't speak good English at all. First. It was 1040 pm Saturday they were out of chili. I told her I had two orders she said pay it on 1. I said no I have 2 separate orders she just couldn't understand the concept.every time I order she had to ask somebody if they had it in stock. When I drove around she told me the whole order cost so much. Once again I told her I needed 2 separate orders. She didn't want to put it on 2 separate orders. Then when she gave me some attention I told here it was really hard to understand her on the speaker. She quickly came back said I should learn Spanish. Which she repeat several times.
