It’s so sad because when this placed open it was amazing. Much better service, food and everything much better than the Lehi or American Fork locations which were absolutely horrendous. However it didn’t take very long for management to hire employees and teenagers who just don’t care about anything. How these places expect to stay in business is beyond me and at the rate of bad reviews they’ve had over the last 6 months is a clear sign that it won’t be there for long. Don’t support a food place that doesn’t care to hire competent employees let alone employees that care. I went to pick up an order for my wife last night at 9:50pm. No customers inside and no one in the drive through. That should have been my first sign. I wanted to order 2 breasts and 2 thighs in the original recipe. The lady replied let me check and see what we have. Granted they still have 70 minutes before closing. They closed at 11pm. She came back and said I could only get breaks or wings. They didn’t have any thighs, legs or tenders. And half of the order would have to be original and crispy. 70 minutes left and they couldn’t put in a fresh batch of chicken and cook it. I would have gladly waited the 10-15 minutes to cook those and I have had other kfc locations do that. But because these kids don’t want to do their job and would rather sit there on their phones instead of working and trying to feed the customers that come order food, it’s a wonder you guys are still in business. Again no one care and it’s clear that managers don’t care either because they continue to allow this type of service, behavior to keep happening. I would rather go to Popeyes or the kfc in American fork which is 20 minutes away than to come back and give this place my business. Absolutely horrible how they treat people and don’t care about serving the customers or...
Read moreBeing generous with my 2 star review. I have visited this location several times since it has opened. There has been a reocurring problem of missing gravy. Strange right? Why gravy? At this point it must be a prank of some sort. In the past, I never checked my food before getting home. However, now I do. Today, once again I went through the drive-thru and sure enough, both gravys were missing for my 16 pcs meal. Also, they threw in an extra colesaw in exchange for a mashed potato? I guess that was nice of them.. I decided this time to walk into the restaurant and get my potatoes and gravy, and when I walked through the doors about 6-8 teenagers scrambled, most being on their phones. The look on their face and some chuckles let me know right away, they knew what they did and didn't get away with it. The girl that helped me at the drive-thru avoided me like the plague. Two teenage boys helped me right away and did make it right. I watched them put the mashed potatoes and gravy in the food containers and hand it to me. But first they looked in the warmer and realized there was no potatoes in there or gravy. Maybe this is why the drive-thru people tossed random food in the bag... Remind you, it was dead zone, maybe why they were on their phones but then again, nothing was being prepped.... prepped meaning, opening the mashed potatoe warmer, take out container, scoop potatoes into container. place lid. hand to customer. I never leave reviews but decided to do it because I want others to check their orders before becoming super frustrated when you get home after being exhausted from hauling around little gremlins all day to realize there are missing items. Also, I hope these workers are held accountable for this and take it serious because there is no way its coincidence this has happened to me...
Read moreWell it seems from the reviews that this KFC is having some difficulty. It's a shame, but it may also be great for the community: See, KFC is a twice-a-year spot. It's great for a warm, summer night when you've exercised every day of the week and deserve to pig out, and then a cold, depressing January weeknight when the kids have thrown you for a loop before bedtime and you need a 9:30pm slop trough of finger-lickin' good chicken. But I realize that some people eat here more often, even up to a weekly visit. I admire men who can pound 5000 cals/day and are still 140lbs, so I think this is a great spot for them. I do not, however, admire any other kind of person who eats here more than once every couple of months, and only then it should be a family adventure on par with a Chuck E Cheese trip. And seeing as how it appears that some families are coming here with more frequency, the sloppy opening of this KFC is probably a blessing to our community. It therefore warms my heart to know that people "will not be coming back here!" because we all know they will return once the withdrawals become too fierce in the next year. Perhaps we can all ease back on our KFC consumption and see a healthier Saratoga Springs in 2023, choosing instead to feast at Panda, Little Caesars, Seven Brothers, Beto's, Crumbl, and all the other healthier options around. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to order my nightly McDonalds combo so I'm signing off. Also the chicken I got here in my order was really just not good. But idk, 3 stars anyway. I'll see you...
