I normally have a great experience here but my experience this morning was less than ideal. I ended up leaving without even getting an order placed because it took 15 minutes at least waiting in "line." There was only one person ahead of me, what looked like ordering two bagels. No one acknowledged me or offered to take my order. There were multiple staff members behind the counter and they have two registers with only one being used. I called the location to let them know that it is a bit frustrating from a customer stand point waiting so long and that they need to be aware most of the time people are getting breakfast right before work. The lady that answered was very short with me, just talked over me and told me I am not the only customer that they have. She told me "You're talking too much lady! What do you want me to do?" She said they had a bunch of catering orders to take care of. I told her RATHER than leaving a review I wanted to call and just mention they need to be aware of how long people are waiting. I understand there are probably constant orders coming in from door dash or catering but the customers right in front of yo7 need to be taken care of too. She said go a head and leave a review, and that this is the only bad review they get. It obviously didn't matter to her what I was saying. It was a weird interaction/conversation. I guess I'll decide if I choose to come back and plan for extra time to stand and wait. The phone call made my experience worse. I know I'm only one customer, but it's just not how you...
Read moreThis is the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. They first opened and their AC wasn’t on, I assume because it wasn’t working so the inside was at least 98°. (Making employees or customers wait/work in those conditions is abysmal.)The waits to get your order when placing the order in-store is ridiculous, but they skip over my order often so I have to ask about it and it has always “mysteriously disappeared. “ As a last ditch effort to skip lines and make it as simple as possible, I ordered online, but when I went to go pick it up, they had a sign in the door saying their oven isn’t working so they are only doing drive through. Resulting in a 45 min. Wait in a line to pick up. Not to mention we wanted to pick up and avoid the drive through because we have a trailer we cannot bring through the drive through. I called to ask for a refund because we were left with no way to pick up our order at this point. They won’t do refunds over the phone, even when I have all the info to look up the order/transaction. I really love these bagels, the staff is nice, but it shouldn’t take 3x longer to get a single bagel with no spread than it takes to have a freshly baked pizza. I also don’t understand how a broken oven results in needing to close the doors and do only drive through. I’ve unfortunately been nothing but disappointed in this location since opening, I don’t know how the ratings are as high...
Read moreThis is the craziest bagel place I’ve ever been to in my life! When you go in, they will not let you buy bagels unless you want a dozen or less. I walked in to buy bagels for my office and asked for two dozen bagels. The manager there told me that was too many bagels to sell at one time, that I either had to wait 20 to 30 minutes or come back another time even though they had plenty of bagels in their cabinet to fulfill my order. She claims that ordering two dozen bagels should be a catering size order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I’ve been hassled by trying to buy two dozen bagels at one time. The employees at this location struggle with the concept that anybody wants more than one bagel at a time. Me and this manager had a back-and-forth conversation without yelling at each other about the Logic of only buying dozen or less bagels at one time. For no reason at all, she breaks down into tears like a 12-year-old and runs into the back. We need to find stronger people to sell bagels it looks like.
Hope we can do something about this in the future so we don’t have to make such a big deal about buying bagels. you think they’d wanna make selling bagels to the businesses in this town easy.
this hole thing so funny.
If you’re a bagel shop, and you cannot fulfill a small order of two dozen bagels from somebody walking in, you may need to rethink how...
