I really enjoy this pizza chain, but this location is my least favorite one in UT County. The pizza tastes great, but I've had a few bad experiences with their employees. I called in once and the girl I talked to didnt' seem to know much about the pizzas and what toppings were on/not on the combo pizza and she forgot to ask for my name. Another time the pizza looked like it was quickly made without effort and the cheese doodles looked smaller compared to the other locations. The owner looked like he really cared about giving good service (I saw him during the first few weeks it was open, I was assuming he was as he was instructing every employee on how to do their job) and he was very cordial and nice in his interactons with other customer and myself. The employees just need to be trained better on the phones and making the cheese doodles and this place...
Read moreI had the Danny's request and it was good once I spent the time to take off half the green pepper pieces so I could taste some of the other flavors. While it was good it wasn't as good as simply popping a frozen Motor City pizza in the oven with a few extra toppings. It was absolutely the most overpriced food I have ever had. Don't get me wrong I've spent more on a meal but at a nicer restaurant. This was nothing short of ridiculous. When you figure paying this price for PIZZA, you would think this pizza should be nothing short of amazing or the best pizza ever... We paid a total of 57.00 for a carryout order of 2 8 inch pizzas, 6 cheese doodles, 3 raspberry doodles, and 2 sodas. It was good but nothing that I'll be returning for any time soon at their prices. The doodles were a swing and a miss for me btw. Partially cooked dough was the...
Read moreWe have been going to summit for a long time at their TM location. We order the GF since my whole family has celiac and we usually don’t get sick! My husband went to go pick up our order and he said there was what seemed to be a 10 year old boy “running the show” with a couple of young teenage boys. They had no idea what a GF pizza was (makes me think they didn’t change gloves or take precautions like they usually do). They overcharged us and didn’t know how to fix it. They kept just walking away from my husband at the front and would leave for minutes and then another kid would come over and try to help. We all got super sick as well which made spending $60 on pizzas a waste of money. My feedback would be: 1-hire at least one adult or at least a responsible older teen to be there. 2- don’t offer GF if you can’t...
