We ordered 6 pizza's online at 7pm and were given an expected delivery time of 8:20. The guy was about 20 minutes late and only had 3 of the 6 pizza's. He gave us a total for only three. We thought it was the wrong order but they were the right pizzas. So he had to write down what we were missing and call it in so they could get it ready while he drove back to get it. How do 3 pizzas get missed on an online order? I even have a confirmation email showing the correct order!
What's worse is: the three he DID deliver were not only cold but they were undercooked and doughy. They looked old and flat (not like any Pizza Hut pizza I had ever seen from other locations!)
By 9:25 (an HOUR after he left) I called Pizza Hut and asked about our order. She said they had the driver there and he was just waiting on one of the 3 missing pizza's. I explained the condition of the 3 delivered pizzas and told her we had were no longer interested in waiting. At this point we were too hungry to wait for another (who knows how long) and really didn't want to force everyone to eat any more NASTY, undercooked pizza.

Read moreOur experience with this location has been really hit and miss. The sides usually taste really good- great breadsticks, wings, and pasta. The food is generally ready/ delivered on time, and they have good deals. However, the pizza itself is mediocre to bad, whether because it's old or extremely skimpy on the sauce and cheese. This last time we ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a couple sides and picked our stuff up promptly 15 min after ordering, expecting everything to be fresh out of the oven. Our sides were nice and hot and obviously fresh, but the pizza was barely warm and looked about 2 hours old- the cheese wasn't melty anymore and the edges of the slices were hard and gross. Really disappointing, especially since we made an effort to be there right when the food would be fresh. We didn't notice that the pizza was old until we had already driven all the way home, either :( so that happens sometimes. Also if you ever have to call pizza huts customer service- not a great experience. That's not so much this location's issue though as it is the corporation in general- using a call center for a pizza place is just not a good idea lol. Read moreI’ve ordered from this location several times without any issues, but my most recent experience was frustrating. Earlier this month, I placed an order that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I tried reaching out to the DoorDash driver without success, so I called Pizza Hut. They mentioned this situation happens often and said the only way to get my meal that night would be to reorder and pay again, with a promise to refund the first order later. I decided not to reorder and instead requested a refund.
I was told I couldn’t be refunded that night and needed to call back the next morning. When I did, they assured me the refund would be processed within 3-5 days. After waiting a week with no refund, I called again. Initially, they couldn’t find my order, but eventually located it and promised the refund would appear within another 3-5 business days. Since a manager was involved this time, I hoped the issue would finally be resolved, so I placed another order (we love Pizza Hut), which did arrive.
Unfortunately, it has now been three weeks since the original order, and I still haven't received the refund. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. This experience has left a negative impression, and I’ve decided not to order from this...
