Edit: changing my review to five stars. Iāve since been back to this location twice. I was given compensation for the two smoothies that were messed up per my first review. In our recent visits, our smoothie bowls and smoothies have been made very well. The last visit we got the OMG Creamsicles and they were great! Thanks for the awesome customer service.
I love roxberry. I was REALLY excited about the closeness of this new location to my house. Meaning Iād be visiting roxberry regularly now. But honestly if I want roxberry Iām just gonna drive to the Lehi or American fork location. Iām fine with the long waits cuz that just seems like a thing at every roxberry location. My issue here is the actual making of the smoothies. I always order the OMG Creamsicle, so yum. But this location can not get this smoothie right and Iāve never had an issue with this at other locations.
Two visits ago we ordered an OMG Creamsicle and the Peanut Butter Blast and they were thin, like the consistency of juice and milk as if nothing frozen was even in the smoothieā¦. Which was strange and honestly unpleasant. But honestly I just figured it was the person making them and it wasnāt a big deal (though we had to throw them away). Husband picked up smoothies again (today) and he said the OMG Creamsicle one was really thin, like straight juice. I understand itās a āthinnerā smoothie in general but itās definitely not a juice. So my husband asked them to remake it, which they did but they used a banana in the smoothie to make it thicker which is ok, I guess, but tastes kinda funky in this kind of smoothie. My 5yr old took one sip and said āthis isnāt rightā š. My husbandās peanut butter blast he ordered today was perfectly fine, I will add. Not angry since I understand a lot of the staff are teensā¦.just donāt want to waste my money here to get the wrong smoothies.
I really want to come to this location due to proximity but idk if Iām willing to risk a third time of wasting money. Hopefully if this review is seen some training can be put into the actual making of...

In this case today however, the drive through person was clearly having a very bad day and was openly complaining. We got caught waiting in line for about 40 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us and 20 of those minutes were literally at the window. We made the mistake of ordering the churro bites along with two smoothies. There was a whole debacle inside with the churros and the cheese for the pretzels and Iām not quite sure what was going on there cause we didnāt even order pretzels. My big issue is that we waited at the window with no one telling us what was going on and when we finally paid, the churros were not done and the cashier was very short worded and rude. I do give them a one star for service cause I was asked if I wanted to apply a 20% discount to the smoothies. 2 days ago 4/23 we came and were first in the drive through line at like 10:00. There was one person working. We waited 32 minutes. The employee apologized and said she's the only one there, and she was serving those who were walking in. There was a line of cars behind us at this point. 2 employees finally walked in at like 10:18 and were slowly getting things caught up and making orders for more in store customers. (6 Dirty Blenders stacked on eachother etc.)
Why doesn't this location have proper staffing? Two employees at all times should be the minimum. Busier times should have 3 or 4. This isn't a soda shop where you just throw ingredients and get an order done in 60 seconds.. Even then SWIG has more staffing than...
