Is there an actual purpose for ordering ahead using the app??
I try not to write negative review unless I have a really good reason. I really despise coming to this Taco Bell because the drive through line always takes so long as mentioned by so many other reviewers. So, to combat that I've tried using the Taco Bell app on my iPhone to order ahead of time. Well, I'm not sure that's really working out for me. Take for example, my experience today. I placed an order via the app at 11:40 AM. I chose a pickup time of 12:15 PM. I figured 35 minutes would give plenty of time for them to prepare my meal and for me to do a quick errand on the way. I arrived at Taco Bell at exactly 12:15 PM. I went into the store to the online order pickup area. I stood there for several minutes while the workers scurried hastily about in the back. Nobody even acknowledged the fact that I was there. I understood. They were busy. A lady comes up and calls out an order for a delivery service driver and helps him. I'm standing right next to him. She finishes with him, doesn't even look at me and then turns and walks away. By now it's 12:20. Two guys were in the store when I walked in and were placing orders at the kiosk. A couple of minutes later an employee asks them if they need something because they are standing near the counter just like me. They say they placed their orders via the kiosk but need to pay cash. They pay. At some point a guy working the food assembly line in back actually looks at me and asks for my name. He looks up at his monitor and says, "Yep, your order is here."12:30 rolls along. The two guys that ordered via the kiosk have received their food and left. Another guy working the food assembly line asks everyone standing around the counter to take a seat in the lobby if they have already ordered. I mention that I've been waiting for my online order. He asks for my name, and I tell him. He responds that he is making it and asks that I take a seat. About two minutes later he calls my name. It's now 12:32. So basically it took 52 minutes for them to make my lunch order! Why on earth would I choose to use the app again thinking that it may, perhaps, provide me with a faster option than waiting in the ridiculously slow drive-through line....
Read moreApril 2024 What the heck is going on here. I did a mobile order and they have to add 90 staples to the back. I’m standing right here waiting for them to hand it to me, and I have to wait for them to reload the stapler and they literally add 8 staples per bag. Then I have to wait for them to unjam the stapler so they can add more staples.
Also had App issues. Coupons can load, can’t get redeemed. Checkout locks up. Horrible experience every single time I go to taco bell.
Mar 2024 App failed again. Giving coupons you can’t redeem. Checkout locks up and doesn’t work. Coupon claims it was used even though the order failed.
Mar 2024 Their app constantly locks up when trying to pay. They got rid of all their good items. They now charge 2.79 for nachos, but for 20 cents more you can get the loaded nachos with guac sour cream and more. Their pricing is messed up. Sorry to Taco Bell turn into a horrible place. Zero stars.

Oct 2023 This location doesn’t use as much sauce on things as other locations. I have to pay for extra sauce on things at this location to get the same amount as 4 other locations I tried.
June 2023 Why ask for how many sauce packets if you don’t give any through the drive thru.

Dec2022 Don’t use the app cause they won’t make your order. I ordered with the app, been waiting in store, the order tracker said they’re making it. It said it’s ready and at the counter. They can’t find the order, telling me I didn’t finish my order, even though I’m showing them the order on my phone. Then they finally found the order and started making it.
Oct2022 This location should just give up. They can’t figure out how to run a restaurant. I just waited OVER AN HOUR in the drive through and the lobby has hardly anyone in it. So you’re just making the food of people in the drive through and each car takes 10 minutes....
Read moreAbsolutely horrible food and service. I had a bad experience last time I went to a Taco Bell as well, but that was a long time ago so I thought I'd give them another chance. I went for the free Taco promotion and showed up 35 minutes before it ended. The line was a bit long, but didn't look too bad.
After a few cars pulled behind me and I could no longer back out, I realized that this was literally the slowest moving drive through line I had ever seen. Again, the line wasn't terribly long, just extremely inefficient. Maybe they were chiseling the orders into stone tablets. Who knows? When I finally got to place my order 37 minutes later, they informed me that I was two minutes late for the free deal. I informed them that I had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes, and couldn't leave the line no matter how bad I wanted to.
I understand that they need to cut it off somewhere, but not on customers who were in line 30 + minutes ago who could reasonably expect that the smaller line would have gone through in 10 to 15 minutes. Have a worker go out and place a sign or tell cars BEFORE they are trapped in a horrible line that this is the cut off. Don't have people wait in line for it. Don't tell that to customers who have already waited and are now a few minutes late because of their horribly slow staff. I ended up buying something because I was hungry, angry, and didn't want to wait nearly 40 minutes and drive away empty handed. The burrito was awful. They didn't even use real cheese. It was some horrible cheese...
