Yesterday me and my friends went into wing stop to order our food. We had a coupon for an online order but the code did not work when we tried to order online. I tried to explain the situation but the guy who was working was very rude and said “this is only for online orders”. I tried to explain again that in a nice way that it did not work online and asked if we could use it in store. He said “yeah i guess we can put it in” in a very annoyed way. Then he we had another coupon that was by one meal get one free. I hand him the coupon and he asked very rudely if we were going to use it. I said yes and he rolled his eyes. After that we had a small wait that was not bad. Once the order was ready he handed me the bag a little aggressively. I said “thank you” and all he said in return was “k”. They also gave us blue cheese when I had clearly ordered ranch. I am not sure the guys name because he was not wearing a name tag but he was a average height, he was wearing glasses, had light brown/dirty blonde hair and had facial hair. Over all this guy was very rude and I felt very...
Read morePopped in late on a Sunday looking for something other than the big chain fast food places that were available and found myself having an enjoyable interaction right off the bat. Cam introduced himself as the general manager after I had told him it was my first time at a wing stop. I told him I was ordering for two and he immediately recommended a 20 wing special with fries for a great price. He was very helpful when describing their flavor offerings as well as the dips available. Excellent service from a walk in fast food place isn’t necessarily expected nowadays, but when given it should be appreciated. As I write this review I’m waiting for my second order as I returned again to verify the great service and excellent options. Wings and flavors are awesome, great fries and all at fair prices considering what we spend on trash from McDonald’s or god forbid blowing $40 at TB. Just go here, cheaper, better and you actually feel like they’re appreciative...

We decided to go with the Wings by the Piece and did 50 traditional style wings that comes with fries and vegetables. They let us do a mix of 5 different flavors so we went with Lemon Pepper, Spicy Korean, Garlic Parm, Hawaiian, and Hickory Smoked. The wings were great. The sauce was great, Lemon Pepper was the favorite. They gave us choice of sauce to dip in and we went with ranch. I almost forgot to add the Cajan Fried Corn! It was amazing. Give it a try. All in all great experience and will definitely be telling my friends to check...
