Chinese waitress was so rude, looks like she's unhappy with her job. We told her that The buffer was great, her response was if we liked it so much why did we leave food in our plate, very rudely.
Update: went there again, she asked me how old are the kids, i said 4 and 10, 1 minute later she asked my niece how old are the kids again, like she didn't believe us. I confronted her and asked her why she did that, she said I forgot and I said you forgot within a minute? As she was pickung up the plates she made a comment, about leavings too much food leftovers in our plate, well as you can see I'm not the only one complaining about her rudeness, i got up and told her out loud, that she was the rudest waitress I've ever encountered. Read moreMy father and I went there about a month ago. I used to absolutely love this place, but was severely disappointed. It's gone down hill. When we got there, I noticed that most of the food was held at unsafe temperatures. A thick skin had formed on the soup. I'm a culinary student, and taking a sanitation class. I know time-temperature abuse when I see it. It was a bacteria breeding ground. If that wasn't enough, I found a bug in my noodles! We showed the waitress, and she was very kind about it, and let us leave without paying. I felt bad, because she seemed embarrassed. They have a few good staff members and food that was good at one point in time, but I feel that they are understaffed and need to brush up on their food safety. If not, they could kill someone, and that's no exaggeration. It's such a shame. I hate to see local restaurants go...

Then, she tries charging us for three adults when we’re two adults and a child (my daughter is 9). Then I bring it to her attention and she fixes it, but doesn’t say anything about it. Finally, at the register, she does it to me again... She charges me for three adult meals and I asked her, “Are you doing this to me on purpose?” I do not understand what the problem is there with this girl, but she’s an issue and she’s hurting your business.
