McDonald's — Restaurant in Satellite Beach

I showed my name tag from my primary care office that I am employed at as a Medical Assistant and yes I am on the front line , I have been quarantined due to Covid exposure through work and we do COVID-19 testing directly at our facility. My coworker an I were insulted by the manager who said she would do it for me this time , However this is for first responders only or people who put their health on the line during the Covid crisis, at this point already extremely frustrated I did not bother to argue with the obviously ill informed manager. I am very disappointed to be offered something to then be told what exposure to Covid -19 my job does or does not entail. I am assuming that this means if someone works in registration even for the medical group of Health first, they will be treated with more respect or job taken more seriously because they have a badge with a picture from a major corporation and I work for a private practice . I am highly insulted and disappointed, I guess this is the treatment Mcdonalds management finds acceptable if THEY personally don't consider you essential with out knowing the facts and cutting you off. This McDonald’s is outstanding. Myself and my wife stop there’s several times a week, over the last two years, most recently tonight, and have NEVER had any problems with our orders. The young staff is amazing, very polite, very courteous, and very friendly. The management is visible in the restaurant and very responsive to your requests, concerns, and questions, along with being very helpful. I especially want to acknowledge the dinner/evening team with all the above. Young employees like Ethen and the manager Jim make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Just a great staff and great team of people. Finally, the food is always well cooked, plenty hot, fries are great, and really enjoy the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets, along with the coffee always hot and prepared as requested. This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes I have great service with the lovely ladies in the morning, but in the afternoons and at night the employees can hardly give a basic greeting. Later in the day everyone seems to have a negative attitude. Some employees also need to learn communication skills—one time I went, I had a larger order and a woman just handed me a bag and walked away. As I start to pull away from the window, she yells back at me, "You still have another bag!" Like wow thanks, could've told me before you walked away without saying a word to me or while I was there for a good 30-40 seconds seeing if everything was in the bag. I guess that every time I go from now on I have to dismantle the bag to make sure everything's in it. It's fast food so I don't expect top tier service, but being treated like a human...
