recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the customer service provided by your manager, Aubrey Whiteman. Upon attempting to place my order, I was rushed and belittled by Ms. Whiteman, who demanded to know my order number in a curt and unprofessional manner. When I requested a turkey sub, she again brusquely asked for my order number, proceeding to rapidly rattle off the available toppings in a way that made it difficult for me to clearly respond. I explicitly stated that I did not want tomato or onion, yet when I inquired about pickles upon seeing my sub being wrapped, Ms. Whiteman publicly chastised me, yelling across the restaurant that I should have specified this earlier. I explained that I am more of a visual person and prefer to see the options as I order, but rather than accommodating me, Ms. Whiteman condescendingly told me to "be ready" next time. When I responded that there likely wouldn't be a next time given the poor treatment, she offered no apology or attempt at resolution. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at any food establishment and am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Ms. Whiteman. The way in which Ms. Whiteman interacts with customers is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the Subway brand. Read moreI arrived at about 9:15 am. I was not greeted with good morning or hello but with “you can’t have anything hot!” Wow. I said fine. I ordered two footlong subway clubs no ham. I was then told harshly she would not give any substitutions. Again I said fine. I was then informed that if I didn’t tell her then what toppings I wanted that if we got to the end it was TO LATE. I said I wanted spinach,tomatoes and black olives with a small amount of mayonnaise. As she was assembling the sandwiches one of them had NO MEAT ON ONE END! I politely pointed it out and she went off on me. Screaming that I was rude and the meat was portioned out and that was all I could get. I pointed out that the two subs looked completely different and that one had no meat on one end. She then told me to get out! I asked her if she would rather throw out the subs then put another slice of meat on it? Again she said to get out. I’m sure she put the meat and cheese back on the line. I then left. What a way to be treated! I will never return. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but that is no way to treat a customer. I frequent many other subways and have always been treated with kindness....

She accused me of asking for olives on a sandwich and proceeded to take my sandwich off the counter stating “she will remove them”(saying she wasn’t remaking my sandwich) I said no I didn’t ask for any of that and I’d like a remake. she then got into a verbal argument stating I did and that I was supposed to tell her all items I wanted before she slid the sandwich to the next section along the counter line, along with telling me that they don’t make the sandwiches in the front glass window anymore and she almost didn’t add the following ingredients to my sandwich the second time all because I didn’t tell her at the start when she pulled my bread out. Is this the new thing now at subway. You can’t see your sub being made?! The staff was so rude. I will never go back to this one. That lady needs to be fired.
