This is the WORSE McDonald’s. They will consistently get your order wrong, Then tell you, that’s not what you ordered. I’ve had problems after problems. The ONLY reason I go back is because it’s right by my house.

More the half the staff, act like they dont understand you, there is a problem. (The problem is them. They don’t listen & take the order correct, I’d. How slow you say it. If you treat it several times. It still will not be right unless the elderly women takes it, she works morning shorts. They are lucky to have her. I believe she only person who speaks English.

I can tell several stories.. this Particular time I took my nieces and son up there, my two nieces ordered kids meal one a 6 piece, chicken nugget and one a four piece chicken nugget. We went into the play area and our food got brought to us, my niece open her food to find out her six piece chicken nugget that is labeled six piece on the outside of the box only has four, I told her don’t eat it let’s go up there. The same gentleman who took my order asked me for a receipt. I told him no you will get a receipt you took my order. I know the games they play, today I was not in the mood, I said You know what I ordered so then he goes to get a manager and the manager comes over to ask me, what’s the problem although the staff member knew what was the problem to begin with. Because he took the order, & I clearly opened the box 2 nuggets were missing. So the manager said do you have your receipt, I said yes, but I’m not walking to get it when the gentleman who came & got you took my order, he knows what I order & what I paid for. Check your cameras if you think we ate 2 nuggets, he said it’s not that big of a deal. I said I don’t know who you think you are taking too, but you have the right one today, maybe if your employees could get there shit together. They would get the orders right. He shut up, & got me a 6 piece nuggets, I didn’t show no receipt. Who is going to lie about two chicken nuggets.

Anytime you order chicken nuggets, Nine times out of 10 they will not put your sauce in there and then when you asked for it tried to charge you for it until you tell them I ordered chicken nuggets and never put it in the bag.

Nine out of 10 going to forget an item out of your bag and then ask you for your receipt.

My son goes up here after school. He placed an order. The lady got it wrong. He didn’t realize it until he got the order and he tried to tell her and she said well you know you’re not getting a refund. Then started talking in Spanish to one of her coworkers.

Avoid at all cost if possible, otherwise don’t leave without checking your bag, TRUST, If you don’t, you will be mad when you get home. Consider yourself lucky if you get your right order, plus it’s...

My son went into the McDonald's requesting to buy a larage drink and to also purchase 2 refills.. My son walked in to the restaurant with his own to cups that we were going to use for the refills and I was purchasing a large drink when my son went to go pay for the large drink they charged him for a large drink and made him use the old cups instead of providing him with a new cut they said go get your large drink you paid for it with the cups we walked in there with I found it a bit frustrating because we are African American I'm sure that was the issue there was plenty of people sitting in that restaurant that he admitted that he had no problem with them getting a refill on a drink he said that's good they purchase something I also was purchasing a large drink so what was his issue with me getting a refill is still unknown when I started addressing my concerns to him he told me that I can have my $2 that I paid for my drink and I can get out he did not try to do anything to help or come up with a solution other than call me ma'am and tell to me they don't sell refills again I was purchasing a large drink and was coming to get a refill on my two other drinks that I did have I've never been treated so low at McDonald's especially one that I go to every single day and do the exact same thing for the last 3 years in for some reason the other day was the issue this place should be ashamed of themselves for discriminating against African-Americans about something so little that could have been resolved with no problem I will never go back there and I will tell anybody and everybody about the situation to let them know what kind of place you guys are how you treat people over and a pop! Stingy A.F. with the dipping sauce! They almost never give us more than one of any sauce we order, even though the app specifically lets you order multiple. How am I supposed to make one little sauce last for 20 nuggets? And if you ask for more at the window, they act like you're demanding a whole other meal. I order online and it lets you pick up to 3 sauces. But then they only give you one or two. Today I ordered online, ordered 3 sauces with the meal. I also ordered 3 additional side sauces because I figured maybe it simply doesn't show up in their system if you order with the meal for some reason. When I get to the window, I see one sauce in the bag and ask for a couple more. She tells me "it's in the bag." I tell her I only see one and I'd like two more since I ordered 3. She finally digs around in the drawer and hands me one more. So after a fight, I finally have 2 sauces when I technically ordered 6.

I understand that little things like that can add up for businesses. But please just give me what I order. And don't fight me on one more sauce cup when you give us 20 ketchup packets that we didn't order and don't want. You're also a bazillion dollar company, so stop hoarding...
