If I could leave a zero star I would. I am currently waiting on hold and have been for the past 15 mins to find out the working managers name so I can complain to corporate for the HORRIBLE treatment she bestowed on my family and I. However, after returning home and taking a look at my receipt I have learned that the working manager that I am referring to is named Brittany. I know this is a very common name but come to find out she is the only employee by this name that works at this location.. Therefore, it shouldn't be hard to know who I'm referring to. This is how the night went, my family and I ordered a number 4 combo with 12 wings. We waited in line for quite some time and after finally getting our food and driving a mile up the road my husband realized we were missing two wings. I know this isn't much however, we paid for 12 so I wanted the full 12 wings I paid for. I turned my car around and went back to the Krystal only to wait in line for an addition 10 mins about the wing order. When I finally arrived at the window I explained to the cashier that the order had been messed up and that the two wings were missing. She proceeded to tell me that she had just arrived there; and that the others had been messing things up all night. She told the manager by the name of Brittany that my order was messed up and the GM responded by saying she would only cook the two wings that were missing. Lets mind the fact that by this point the wings I currently had stayed untouched for 15 mins by this time; the wings I had were cold at this point. I told her that I wanted the order remade and she told me she had the best line guy working and that she deals with people all the time saying they didn't get food that they did get, in order to get free food. I thought this was a ridiculous statement why in the world would I want two free wings???? She began yelling at me telling me she had no idea what was going on. I can tell you why she did know what was going on is because she never asked. Not once... When she arrived at the window she did not once ask me what was going on or how she could help.. she only told me she would cook two wings and that I may have lied and took the two wings out because she deals with people like this all the time. I was so offended by her attitude and the treatment she gave me that I ended up getting a refund and gave her the food back. However, I have wrote this long comment and review to let corporate and everyone else know how the GM working nights by the name of Brittany treats her customers at the Bee Rd. Krystal location. In my opinion, she is not manager material and should be fired right away before this location losses customers. I have been going to this location for many years. There is a male manager by the name of Melvin that works the morning and he is wonderful. He is very inventive with ensuring the customers are happy not only with the food they are served but also the service that is given to the customers. It is a shame that the night GM Brittany is ruining the reputation of this establishment when I have enjoyed it for many years. I would have to say the cashier running the window would be a better manager and handled the situation a lot better than the GM Brittany. Brittany had no concern or care for me or my thoughts as a customer and for her to have insinuated I was making up that two wings were in fact missing is ludicrous. Not only did she make the person in front of me (a doordasher) wait 30 minutes before telling him that the person had canceled the order but when I came up to order, I told her I had the exact change and she continued to ring me up. Then she slams the drawer shut and said “I already got your change” WELL, IF YOU LEARNED TO LISTEN (it’s obviously a problem, as the manager was getting onto her when we came into the restaurant) YOU WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME BACK BILLS INSTEAD OF MORE CHANGE!! Read moreUPDATE Received an automated "Sorry about that" message directing me to call the Krystal Customer Service line, which is unsurprisingly disconnected... So I placed an order using Krystal's app for about $80 worth of food. Upon arrival I was told I already picked it up. I enquired further and was rudely told my door dash driver had just picked it up. I didn't place a door dash order, turns out some rando walked in and said they were here for the big order, and the employees gave them my food. The manager yelled at me and insisted I was trying to rip them off and initially refused to make my order, despite me showing them the order reciept on the Krystal app. Waited another 45 minutes at store and finally got my food. Later reached out to Krystal customer service via contact form, social media, email and phone and got no reply other than a form email saying someone would contact me within 72 hours.
