TAB Bistro — Restaurant in Savannah

The quality of the staff at TAB Bistro is downright horrible. You can be a regular, and they still don't care if an issue arises. Idk where to begin with this nightmare. I was a regular customer who made several orders with a high price tag and never made a single complaint. Despite times when stuff I paid extra for, such as still being charged full price for stuff like sides/sauces not included in my bag, I overlooked and gave the benefit of the doubt. I actually recommended them to others or encouraged others to give TAB another chance

Well, the first time a major issue was me not ever receiving my order. I immediately contacted TAB, believing they'll act in decency. Nothing of the sort happened. I spoke to an employee who not only refused to get me a manager, but the restaurant couldn't care less. I overheard her being fed lines to give to me over the phone, and I was talked down to in a severe, nasty tone

TAB's staff is one of the nastiest, rudest people I've ever met, nor do they care to help you one bit. Not my imagination, other people overheard her and came to see if I was ok

The employees gave me the runaround and told me she was unable to refund because it was a takeout order... that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever

There's a way you talk to people. You don't talk to people any way you want. Especially as a regular. If you can't treat people, paying customers no less, with dignity, then you have no business serving in any capacity

Their behavior was disgusting. I would never trust TAB Bistro again and will make sure everyone knows about their poor service and their treatment of customers

Mrs. Sheila has the friendliest disposition! Service was great ~ she even checked on us after our order. I told her I didn’t know the sweet potato fries came with a glaze drizzled on them, I prefer plain with yellow mustard… she took them away and had a fresh batch made, served with yellow mustard. Absolutely not necessary, but very much appreciated.

My best friend and I were catching up in some heavy emotional conversation and realized we were there as they were waiting for us to leave to close. They never said anything, never made us feel rushed, and Mrs Sheila & the gentleman in the back were so friendly once we realized we needed to leave.

I had honey bbq & lemon pepper wings, sweet potato fries. Bestie had Brie panini with some berry or cherry dipping glaze that she said was delicious.

I’ll be back! I live & have my business just a couple blocks away, so I’ll definitely be returning to try...

I went here with my mom for lunch and the food was excellent. I got the chicken Caesar wrap with grilled chicken and it gave off the impression of homemade Caesar dressing and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The fries that came with the meal were cooked to perfection in my opinion with a bit of crunch but overall soft and easy to eat and didn’t even need the ketchup offered. My mom enjoyed her turkey panini and said it was delicious as well. We also had the bang bang shrimp appetizer which contained shrimp that were crispy, and perfectly cooked. The sauce paired well with the shrimp and made the dish complete.

Overall the shop was very clean, had friendly staff, and even though the prices are a tad expensive, the taste wholeheartedly justifies it. Would definitely...
